Hello, we are Chris and Barbara, a Sicilian couple. Join us for a cooking class where you’ll explore traditional Sicilian cuisine, including dishes like “Macaroni al ferretto” and classic ricotta-filled cannoli. Experience the essence of Sicilian cooking on our farm-based class. We’ll start our journey from Taormina and head to Randazzo.
Upon arrival at the farm, you’ll meet our friends, the farm owners, and it will feel like dining with a Sicilian family. We’ll begin by preparing “ferretto macaroni” and, while the pasta rests, you’ll get to taste the farm’s own olive oil.
Next, we’ll move on to making cannoli, guiding you through each step. The experience will culminate in a meal featuring the dishes we’ve prepared together, complemented by Etna wine produced at the farm where the class takes place.
Enjoy a delightful day with genuine locals, far from typical tourist paths. We offer transport options, so you can choose to book the tour with or without transportation. The cooking class lasts about 5 hours.
