A memorable hike in the wilderness - Really felt a part of nature with this tour, and we were able to stop at Vik for something to eat. I was a little scared because of the risk of falling into a cravasse, but we went up the glacier and had a great time.

Cold sunny day making new memories - My husband & I had done a similar tour back in May 2013; this time we had our 9 yr old son along, and wanted him to experience the glacier first-hand. What a grand day it was! Michal made it extra-special. He has a great knack (skilled talent) for engaging folks in Icelandic history and culture, while driving! He told us his personal story about moving to Iceland 10 yrs ago from his native Czech Republic, and it's obvious that he deeply loves his adopted land. His patience with all of us never wore thin (and his willingness to answer all of my questions) for the whole long day, and his optimism and sense of humor, love of nature and all things Icelandic, was contagious. Thank you, Michal!

Worth it for the experience - This was an amazing tour of the South Coast. Even though we aren't the fittest people in the world, Michal made sure to get us onto the glacier for some pictures and memories. He couldn't have been more accommodating. The rest of the day and sights were also incredible, but we will always remember the glacier (and Michal's kindness and concern) the most

Incredible experience! - Michal was amazing! Very informative, fun, and skilled! He led us on a fantastic hike up the glacier, answering all of our questions and making sure we were completely safe! He gave us plenty of time at the remaining stops to explore. Beautiful experience, but definitely need to be fit enough for the hike up.
