Nice trip - Well organised..
I took a whole day trip which gives you a bit more time on the Islands without another 10 boats full of people.
As most of them stays half to one hour and go.
Drinks , lunch , snorkelling as promised.

Beautiful, quiet islands - The trip was super organized and worth the money. We had few tourists besides our boat on the islands and could enjoy it. At the second island, snorkeling in the sea was hot. There we could not discover much and as the sea was relatively unsettled it was difficult to swim back to the boat. We would choose the half-day trip again and pick the morning for it. It was a great trip.

The tour was great, I... - The tour was great, I would recommend a full day tour because you can relax half a day on one of the islands. The last island overcrowded, a waste of time to go in for snorkeling. Paid toilets everywhere, what with this amount of tourists they could embrace.

Don’t sign up unless you like waiting - Time management of this tour was very poor. The promised time was 12:30-4:30pm. However had to wait at the pier for 1.5 hours from 11:30am, didn’t get back to the hotel until 7pm.
Had to cancel Appointments made. Very disorganised.

Not "premier" at all - The guide was good but the overall experience was anything but "premier". The boat was run down, the quality of snacks and beverages they provided was not of a great quality. We also had a really bad experience with one of the boat staff who was downright rude. The itinerary was also not great! Too long waiting times in some and too little in others.

Sadly not Recommended - Picket up and dropped off at the cruise terminal at 12 md as instructed to then wait 2 hrs for everyone else to arrive At 2 pm when about to leave they tell us if we wanted flippers they could be hired ,that took another 15 mins
The boat trip was fine only the seating we were squashed in like sardines and you couldn’t see any view out of the windows as the seats are below the deck
When we reached the first island you had to jump off the back of the boat , however getting back on the ladder was short a few rungs and you had to step up above your waist deep water to get in Very difficult unless your very agile NO one was there to assist When I requested to board the boat earlier than the hour allotted the deck hand shoowed me and others away with his hands numerous times and just walked away not allowing us to board
There were 5 crew members and three of them smoked continuously throughout the 3 hr trip sitting on the bow of the boat with smoke floating into the cabin They all had little or no English with a boat with 90 % English speakers
The second island it began to rain and I had my bag outside on a seat and again the young boy would not allow me to get on the boat
The two beaches we stopped at were packed with people , like a busy tourist attraction Not a nice peaceful atmosphere given the beautiful islands Everywhere there were dozens of jet skies reving around again not conducive to an island adventure
Overall 2.5 hrs stopping and snorkeling for a 5.5 hr waiting ?
Warning if you have any mobility issues this boat trip is not for you
I think the company needs to look at how they train staff to at least be polite and maybe educate them as to not everyone likes second hand smoke blown at them constantly and to replace the broken step
I have been on many similar boat trips and never experienced anything like this one

Not worth the money - The shuttle driver was 20 minutes late picking us up. We booked this snorkel excursion assuming they would provide snorkels and flippers. You had to rent the flippers. They didn’t have any that fit a size 7US women. We were told the two of the 3 islands we were going to had coral bottoms and we needed reef shoes. This was not mentioned in the details. They do not rent reef shoes, you had to buy them for $250bth.
Two of the islands we stopped at were nothing but tourist traps and over crowded.
On both the way there and the way home, it took almost two hours to get back to Kata Beach because of all of the pick ups and drop offs that had to be done.

Tour operator changed meeting point 1 hour before meeting.
