This ticket is valid for the trip, available at 8.30am, 12.30pm or 1.30pm from Phuket.
Check-in at Andaman Wave Master Counter 3, Gate 1 Rassada Pier 30 mins before departure time.
Please show passport and Covid-19 vaccination certificate during check-in at the pier.

Pickup starts 90 mins before departure time.
Pickup location is included for Hotels in Phuket Town, Chalong, Kata, Karon, Patong, Kathu, Rawai, Naiharn, Bypass areas. Please leave us a message with the name of your hotel and your room number to confirm the boat trip and transfer.
Please wait to be picked up at your reception.

Upon arrival at the port, guests will be greeted by the Andaman Wave Master staff.
They will then take place in the speedboat for the whole crossing.

Our speedboat transfer service to the beautiful islands of Koh Phi Phi on our speedboat. The trip takes only one hour from Rassada Pier to Tonsai Pier, departing at 8.30am, 12.30pm and 1:30pm.

Pickup starts at 7.00am, 11.00am and 12.00pm for morning and afternoon boat accordingly. Pickup areas include Patong, Kata, Karon, Naiharn, Rawai, Chalong, Phuket Town and Bypass Rd. area.

Our team will be present during the whole trip, from the boarding to the arrival at the port to take care of you. We ensure your safety, crossing through the sea with us.

Safe Trip. Awesome Customer Service - My trip was super safe and I could not have chosen a better operator for my trip. I had booked speed boat with andaman Wave Master with Private Pickup but due to some issue they actually sent a shared van for pickup. As I could not do anything last min I decided to travel and email them of this later. Andaman WaveMaster gladly refunded me the amount difference for private and shared pickup which I loved and thought should share. As rather than making excuses, they owned up their mistake which I is very rare and definately commendable

Phi Phi Islands - We have gone a phi phi island cruise in October, amazing views and guidance provided us by Diamond sea corporation, food/ beverages unlimited very comfortable 🚤 speedboat. All trip took us from 10.30am to 5.30pm. You can see different places, we had visitwd Monkey Beach, Maya Beach, Phi Phi Islands, Ko Khai Nai. Professional, well organised and good value. - Well organised and professional. From the online direct booking service service to the crew on board, all was excellent. Hassle-free round trip door-to-door shuttle on speedboat from Phuket to Tonsai Pier and back. Good value and the captain was skilled in manoeuvring during high seas on our way home through bumpy waves.

Easy and efficient - Taxi turned up on time to the hotel before heading to the dock. On arrival we was treated and directed to the correct check in desks and suitcases taken of us. When the time came to board out sticker was called and we boarded easily before heading to phi phi. Thanks to the team for making everything so easy

Never again! - Firstly do not book through Viator. Booked a trip for 1 nights stay on Phi Phi Island on their app for a return ticket with pick up. Pick-up didn't show up on time so we had to pay extra to get a taxi to the port. Can't fault the speedboat, that was well organised. Viator app asked what time we wanted to go and return, only there was no return ticket we found out the next day. Absolute shambles.

Misleading - Be aware that the time you select on here is not the boat departure time, it’s the “pick up time”. We got to the terminal prepared for an 11am boat but then were told it’s not till 12:30. Spent all day in a congested boat terminal instead of being out enjoying Thailand. Customer service wasn’t great at all. Do not recommend.

Scam don’t book speedboat transfer - We booked a speedboat transfer at one if the desks on Phi Phi with this company, we was put on a ferry & when questioned the manager was abusive saying he had a family to feed and not willing to give us a refund even though I had a picture of my ticket saying speedboat (luckily)! we eventually got some money back as we’d over paid for the ferry transfer. When we arrived in Phuket our driver told us they don’t have a speedboat only a ferry and it’s a scam…would never use again.

SHAMBLES - Shambles - Did not arrive to collect us at the hotel and did not answer the 150 calls we made. We had already paid and booked the hotel in Phi Phi and managed to catch the last Ferry with 5 mins to go after travelling an hour to the port by taxi. Terrible service - More or less a scam

Won't give refund despite return policy - I booked a speedboat transfer from Phuket to Phi Phi Laemtong for 16 February 2023 because I was planning on staying on a resort in that location. The speedboat transfer was 1150 THB. However, due to a mix up, I ended up cancelling that resort reservation and made a new reservation at a resort near Tonsai Pier. Therefore, I contacted Andaman Wave Master to change my reservation for 16 February 2023 from Phuket to Tonsai Pier, which only cost 800 THB. Despite two separate emails, Andaman Wave Master has not returned my emails. Their refund/return policy is "Trip Notes: - Booking changes or cancellations must be made up to 2 days before your departure date. However, Round-trip tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded after the first trip's cancellation deadline." How can you get a refund when they ignore your emails? Based on this experience, they take your money and run!
