almost a must - We booked this trip through TUI Cruises and did not regret it, the travel companion was in German which was pleasant for many guests. The bus driver was already admirable how he mastered the steep roads and driving close to the abyss. Should you have seen who has the possibility can book locally although that did not differ from our price, we had a pro fare so 20 percent discounted in advance.

Great company. - Tour was well organized, despite the weather not cooperating and the government closing the Troll Road. The tour company kept me informed of changes to the tour and was very easy to locate at the meet-up location.

Great tour - Your tour guide did a great job. We just wish the rock slides had not closed the road up the mountain…. That was not your fault at all. Thanks for a great tour.

Interesting day out to Troll Road - Great tour, both driver and bus. Unfortunately we didn't go down the Troll road which was closed due to fog. Some interesting stops along the way but no designated stop for lunch, even on our own. Guide bought us strawberries from the side of the road which was really nice of her.

Fantastic Scenery - The scenery was fantastic & the substitution of the gorge because the troll road was closed provided amazing views. Our tour guide was Sylvia. Sylvia is very pleasant & personable. She added to our enjoyment of the tour

Pleasant trip - Coach trip around the Åndalsnes area. We were informed of revised itinerary due to the closure of the Troll Road. Enjoyed the trip around but the stop at a Troll campsite was a waste of time in my opinion. Guide gave us some information about the local area which was interesting.

Guide not from norway - We saw the beginning of the troll wall but it was closed. The company did let us know ahead of time. I liked a waterfall that we saw which was nice. The guide was sweet but not from Norway. We did not learn very much which was unfortunate.

Tour does not actually take you up the Troll Road as described - only up to the bottom of the closed road to take pics - Took some nice pictures of the troll wall, but the details for this excursion need to be re-written to reflect the fact that this tour no longer actually travels the winding road. Unfortunately, the description still mentions that you travel the hairpin turns (which you don’t) and mentions that you get to look out over it from the top (which you don’t). You do get to see it but they drive you to the bottom as high as they can before the road closes and then you take pictures.
