The town we’re going to visit is Ravello, an ancient village nestled between two valleys, located on top of the “Monti Lattari”. It’s a romantic village with a wonderful view of the Amalfi Coast. Walking through the alleys, you can see many shops, but it’s also possible to see many palaces and luxurious villas that have hosted many poets and musicians.

The next city we’re going to visit is Herculaneum Ruins, a Roman city overlooking the Bay of Naples. The city was destroyed and covered during the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 A.D. You can admire and walk through the alleys and see many houses with frescoes and paintings still visible inside.

Another famous city that was tremendously destroyed during the eruption in 79 A.D. is Pompeii. Visitors are literally transported to another era, finding themselves walking among Patrician palaces, baths, and shops, in a scenery that takes you back 2000 years.
