The experience is not just about cooking; it’s about connecting with the land and its people. A review from June 2023 beautifully encapsulates this sentiment:
Delicious and amazing experience! This was an incredible experience. We learnt so much about cooking local food and the local culture. The food was delicious and they packed up what we couldn’t eat to take back to our hotel with us. The transfer to and from our hotel was very helpful. Thank you. (Reviewed at: 2023-06-25)

In the words of a traveler who experienced the Organic Thai Cooking Class in May 2023:
Would give 10 stars if I could! Learning Thai cooking from a former restaurant owner was a class like no other. It has been hard to find Thai vegetarian food and we have not found tofu at any restaurants. We made 5 dishes with herbs and papaya picked right at the time of our class. She had a wide menu of 10 dishes to choose from. Not only is Eng a professional chef, her relaxed and calm demeanor was the perfect pace for us. Would do it again in a heartbeat!
