Can't be better experience! - Great luck! Even though we could not go the original title because of the wind. Thanks for the motion sickness pill. It saved us. So lovely with bath stops and go food all the time! Many thanks to Per and the whole crew and also many thanks to Lotta who I wrote to before from Sweden. Now the 3rd tour was over, was 10 years ago last.

Great organisation, friendly staff, and a well planned and enjoyable day. - This was a wonderfully organised trip. From the hotel pick up to the final hotel drop off everything went smoothly. The staff were excellent, really taking care of everyone. The food and drink flowed throughout the day. The snacks and evening meal were well planned and very tasty. There was plenty of opportunity for swimming and snorkelling, well organised by the team. It was capped off by the perfect sunset, to end a perfect day.

Relaxing ocean experience - Fantastic crew, the guide spoke Thai/English/Swedish. Food was delicious, the stops for snorkeling were quiet and relaxed. Just an amazing experience, very down to earth and easy with booking/transfer/pay. The boat was fresh and sanitary.

Amazing and relaxing sunset boat trip - Wonderful day/evening with La Moet 😀😀😀 We went on the “Sunset Cruise,” enjoyed swimming, snorkeling, and a beautiful sunset. The dinner and snacks were truly delicious, and the service and staff were amazing. The boat, which takes us gently across the sea, offers a wonderfully relaxed experience.
I can highly recommend this boat tour—don’t miss it!

An afternoon well spent!! - Such a calm and cozy afternoon in to a beautiful sunset( though we couldn't enjoy the sunset to the fullest bcos of the clouds). Sandwitch with juice and water was served at the beggining, fruit and freshly baked pancakes in the middle and a nice chicken curry with rise, beef stew and deep fried chicken with a vegan option of fresh salad and veg stew was served for dinner( Fresh and Delicious!!) The boat was very cozy and we stopped at 2 spots for swimming and snorkeling. You can see beautifully colored fishes and sea life in both spots and enjoy the sea swimming experience ( Very refreshing). The staff are so friendly and professionals, willing to go the extra mile to make your afternoon Comfortable and worthy. We went to a honeymoon with my wife and they really took a good care of her as she got sick with the strong waves enroute. The crowd onboard was also very calm and welcoming!! We really recommend this to anyone in phuket. Great Job everyone and Thank you for your service!!

The first thing you thought when you saw the boat was....oh! But don't be confused by that. Everything was perfect.

Johanna - Went into a storm after 20min, we saw that it was bad weather coming but thought that we go around .. but no 2 hours we had to hold on to the boat to not fall over or risk falling overboard. It was not possible to sit at the seats under the sun deck because the waves splashed in. Several of the party threw up and were very seasick despite seasickness pills.
We paid for transfer, snorkeling for an hour, lunch, swimming stop for an hour and dinner on the boat. We had to pay for the transfer back because we ended the trip early. We got no snorkeling because the weather was too bad and no lunch either (guess the weather was too bad) because we were still 3pc of 11 who were not seasick who had been able to eat lunch.
However, we had to go in a storm for about 2 hours and we had to hold on to the boat to not hurt ourselves, (bruises were left anyway but no major injuries thankfully). We had to stay and swim for about 20min and then dinner before we chose to finish earlier because most of the company felt so bad.
Troubled bad treatment by the owner who does not at all understand that there is a difference between storm and little rain. It feels like it hears the company is flouting security and exposing guests to whatever weather just to bring in the money.
It was also proven when we were not allowed off the boat unless we paid full price for this experience. We had to pay for a whole day but we barely got half the day of what was promised.

Disappointing – watch the weather carefully before you go out! - Disappointing – watch the weather carefully before you go out!
It is extremely sad to write this review as the contact with the company before travel was extremely nice and with high customer service. Unfortunately, it was not good at all.
We were 11 people who chartered the boat for 37,000 baht, plus 2,500 baht for transfers, and the promise of a premium experience with sightseeing and relaxation. Unfortunately, our day was anything but as promised. Already at the start we could see dark clouds on the horizon and clear signs of a storm approaching. We were offered motion sickness pills (probably always do but here it was really recommended), and even though the weather conditions on the horizon looked uncertain, they chose to put out without discussing it with us. As they state they keep good track and offer solutions if the weather gets too bad, we were not particularly concerned.
The company has subsequently said that weather conditions changed rapidly, citing that other boats, such as speed boats, were also docking. But this is irrelevant – we bought a cruising experience, not transportation from A to B. As we headed straight for and into the storm, we asked to turn back, but it was said to be too great a safety risk, and we instead had to continue another hour in heavy seas until the first planned stop. It rocked so much that we had to hold on all the time, and one of us who tried to go to the toilet almost fell overboard and was rescued by the staff.
When the weather was at its worst we were informed that the boat would go straight to the next pier if the snorkeling could not be carried out. However, they continued, without informing us, past the snorkeling site. Instead, a bathing stop was made and dinner was served (the lunch pancakes failed). Several of the party still felt very ill and wanted to finish the tour. The staff asked us repeatedly if we really wanted to go back to the pier and pointed out that it was we who interrupted the tour. The alternative was to stay on the boat for another hour. When we chose to finish we had to cover an extra taxi ride of 1,000 baht back to the hotel, because the transfer we had already paid for was not used.
The staff tried to handle the situation as best they could in difficult circumstances, but communication could have been clearer. When we discussed compensation with the owner by phone before leaving the boat, we were told that weather this bad was not unusual in November (nothing said in the information) and that snorkeling was often cancelled. When we raised the issue of compensation, we were threatened with not being allowed to leave the boat unless we paid the balance.
At the time we said that we were 11 people who could leave an honest review about our experience, because we did not get what we paid for because of the storm. The answer we got was that the conversation was recorded and there was no question of us not paying. This was both unpleasant and unprofessional.
Altogether we paid 40,500 baht. In retrospect, we were offered 5,000 baht in compensation, which felt like a symbolic gesture rather than a reasonable compensation for a ruined day.
Today’s storm could have been avoided completely, as the storm was already visible at the start. Respect in the treatment after several hours of nausea could also have prevented the conflict that arose over the phone. We just wanted off the boat, nothing else.
On a beautiful weather day, this tour is surely just as wonderful as many describe. But if you book, make sure to keep a close eye on the weather forecast and use the 24-hour cancellation option if you are in any doubt. Sure, weather can be unpredictable, but this time we saw the storm coming right from the start.
