Spa - Brilliant experience, cannot complain at all. Was taken directly to the spa from inside the hotel then to enjoy the spa immediately, best experience I could ever describe, kareem was the best

Great fun. - We had great fun on the quad bikes. Family of 4, 2 teens. We each had our own bike. The guides were super friendly. Thoroughly recommend.

Great quad biking experience - Collected from the hotel on time and dropped back in air conditioned comfort. Nice quad biking experience and they were happy to fit our own scarves for us, which are an absolute must. Highly recommend tourex Egypt and they've been happy dealing with us on WhatsApp 👍

Memorable day in the desert - Excellent trip, Excellent communication , before the trip confirming pick up time and advising us to bring sunglasses and head scarves. We loved the trip across the desert we had so much fun and it was very safe

A trip not to miss - What an amazing safari trip we did. From the time of picking us all vibes around us was positive. Arrived to the center with a welcoming from the funny and caring guides took the quads and had the most wonderful safari trip. Quads was easy to ride and the desert was super nice experience

Quad Safari and Camel riding Tour package - It was a little bit fun ride for me but not to my partner with lots of participants. The quad has 40km/h and we joined atleast 20 riders. And there’s the camel riding. The bad thing is they are so thin. And they have a hook in their nose.

Great quad biking experience - A great experience, good working quad bikes- they did have helmets, but we were not offered any. The experience was quite organised, no incidents as a result and all were able to enjoy the scenic view of the mountains whilst quad biking. They They stopped a couple of times, once to call/ echo to the mountains and the second time to visit a Bedouin camp, they also took films/ pictures, which we did end up purchasing. I would go back again, the whole family enjoyed it.

No magic water wells - I've got an idea..... lets take tourists to the middle of the dessert then charge them for water after being scorched and sizzled like a bbq in 40 degrees heat. The company didn't ask us to bring water. When we asked for water in the middle of the desset there was non availiable at the time. We needed to go to another stop 10- 15 minutes away and pay for it. It was only provided free at the end of the tour, 3 hours after being in 40 degrees+ heat... too late uf your suffering from heat exhaustion/ stroke or god forbid in a medical emergency. I hope they leaen from this. The quad bike experience, camels and bedouin tent was a good experience. The operators/ pick up was good and people were friendly.

BULLYING,obnoxious,money grabbing - Me and my 10 year old son were looking forward to this trip and was badly let down by the treatment we received from the staff /tour guides ,FALCON TOURS , Obnoxious and rude throughout the trip ,literally obsessed with trying to charge you and rip you off for absolutely everything , all the people on our tour were being harassed to pay for the camel ride they’d already paid for and were basically being intimidated to pay again as they were completely set on telling you you’ve not paid so give us your money ,the tour is rubbish you sit on a quad and are told constantly “stay in one straight line “which moves extremely slow and you were treated with utter contempt if you had the audacity to try to have any fun on the quad ,all whilst the staff drive around you like absolute maniacs going as fast as possible up and down the controlled line of obeying and intimidated tourists . Then to add insult to injury we were left completely ignored with no transport back until we were finally shoved into a transfer bus that was going the complete opposite direction to our hotel !!’ the bus driver then after talking on his phone whilst carrying all the tourists on board STOPS ON THE MAIN ROAD and orders me and my “get out and get on another bus now !” I COULD NOT WAIT TO GET BACK TO OUR HOTEL SAFE AND ALIVE .
