Orange Bay, Magawish Island, snorkeling, sandbag like Maldives! - Super team, although I bought a group tour, I had a private tour, we stopped at Orange Bay, the photographer Jusef takes pictures of you everywhere, the very nice Captain Momo lets you drive, the guide Mandi is very good, he took care of the child as much as possible we took pictures and operations manager Ivonne suoer nice, picked us up from Hotel personal!

Thank you Captain Islam and crew!! - We went to Hurghada for a week and decided to book two excursions through Go Shalebi. Our first trip was on a speedboat to Orange Bay island and we were with Captain Islam and his crew. The hospitality and kindness shown to us by Captain Islam and his crew is unmatched. We had the most amazing time and it was all thanks to his skill, expertise and his love for Hurghada. We couldn’t recommend the experience any more and we would strongly suggest going with Captain Islam for an experience you’ll never forget. Orange bay itself was beautiful but it’s the hardworking people you meet along the way that made the experience 10x better. Thank you!!

Superbly fun and memorable - Mohammed and his crew saved the day. I had a different reputable tour company ghost me for a diving trip over a mistake. I was bummed. This was a once in a lifetime trip. Last minute, I booked this tour for the afternoon so I could get out of the hotel for at least a few hours. I was stressed and disappointed and honestly just wanted to drink at an island bar. Here's the thing about this tour. They'll make it what you want it to be, but they'll also surprise you with their level of hospitality. They'll accommodate your schedule. If you want to drink at the island bar your entire time, go do it. If you want amazing photographers, they're happy to help. We even got VIP treatment and had Orange Bay all to ourselves. Myself and one other person. I came back with endless great photos, met so many great people and the crew put so many smiles on my face, despite my day starting off on the wrong foot. I can't thank the guys enough and I highly suggest you do yourself a favor and book this now.

Great time!! - Youssef and his team were great. They took one on one time with me snorkeling to make me feel safe. The islands were nice and everyone was friendly. Would go again!

Rude booking operator Ivanna - We booked for the 9am session and was told the night before by the booking operator Ivanna, that pick up will be two hours before which is not stated anywhere in the description. We had to change our time to the 1pm session as no breakfast was organized. When getting in contact there was no reply untill 1hr before pick up time. When she did reply she was not willing to change our time and was very adamant that it says in description the pick up time (which it does not). She was being rude on the text messages and was refusing to change our time. After alot of hassle she agreed to change the time. Then she expected us to find the transfer driver by ourselves without the car details and drivers name when all other excursion we have booked while on our trip all drivers come into the hotel to pick us up however Ibrahim didn’t and it all just felt unsafe. Other than this the actual activity was amazing and so was the people on the boat. We enjoyed the speedboat and our time on the island. Our tour guide was lovely and the guy who takes pictures of you. They gave us free water bottles and fruit. We also seen some dolphins on the way back. Just a shame the experience was ruined at the start.

Speed boat trip to orange bay & Magawish islands with 2 snorkelling stops - Going to start by saying the islands are beautiful. However, snorkelling side of things if you’ve never done it don’t bother! Firstly the equipment is not sanitised they just dipped the masks in the water and handed it to you. It smelt and tasted like diesel as was kept at the back of the boat near the engine. We were never instructed on how to use the equipment and snorkel was just told put it on and jump in and left to figure it out ourselves (again it was our first time which they was aware of). Of course not being instructed properly left my partner swallowing a lot of water and made him ill resulting in having to end the trip early and go hospital for obvious reasons. The equipment was faulty as our life jackets kept becoming undone and when trying to breathe with the mask water kept coming in, we told our guide about this and they couldn’t care less got no help what so ever. It was such a shame as the island visits were amazing but health and safety was not a thing! I’m going to add in as well take your own pictures as we had a photographer come around with us and when I asked to purchase the pictures I was told they apparently couldn’t find them so don’t waste your time with that!
I’m not trying to put people off I’m just being honest with how we got treated and don’t want it to happen to someone else! Considering they do these trips everyday is alarming as how many other people have experienced what we have!

Never again! - Beware of rip-offs!
Demand an additional €20 per person even though the food on the trip was paid for separately by the organizer.
You would be left without food on the trip and with children!
I was told this a few hours before pickup, now I'm trying to get the money back
