Great experience! - Capt. Jake was very knowledgeable. We appreciated his interaction with our two young granddaughters, letting them steer the boat and answering their questions. I highly recommend this tour.

A must do! - Our time spent on our glass bottom boat excursion was fantastic. Captain Jake gave a tour of the harbor area, providing some history and interesting facts about the area. We were on the deck for the ride out and back to the dock. We got to see a 13 day old baby sea lion on the dock with her Mama. So sweet! The passengers took turns going below deck to look out the viewing windows at the fish. It was beautiful and a real treat, especially for kids, to see the beauty under the surface. Our captain is very knowledgeable. I doubt there is a question about the area or species you will see that he can’t answer. And he’s super personable and entertaining. This excursion saved our day (we were scheduled for something else in the Newport Beach area which fell through due to not being able to find parking on Balboa Peninsula). Thank you Glass Bottom Boat Tour for a memorable experience. We will see again on our next visit!

Lively - It was a great experience on the glass bottom boat! Kids got to drive the boat, the sea lions were cool. The driver was wonderful- Jake was personable, friendly and funny!

An hour full of fun - We saw a lot more fish than we expected. Amazing. And the surface tour before we went down below, was great. Captain Jake was friendly and informative, and a whole lot of fun. My 6-year-old grandson said it was the best experience of his life! That made us all very happy. We're very, very glad we did it!

Well worth it, a great experience. - This was a superb start to our US holiday. So much more than just watching fish (which was excellent). Captain Jake was an informative, friendly and very entertaining guide and engaged with everybody on the boat. The tour of the harbour was interesting and he knows his stuff. It was great to see the Seals and birds up close and the fish were amazing. We didn't know what to expect but it was a joy. We missed our slot and Jake rebooked us immediately, no questions asked. Definitely recommended, especially if you have kids.
