- Bora Bora - This small group excursion takes you on a tour of the lagoon onboard fast and comfortable boats, equipped with sun canopy for an enjoyable sun protection while cruising from one to another snorkelling spot (8 passengers maximum).
During this unique experience, you will discover pristine marine areas of the lagoon led by our qualified and passionate guides. Depending on the weather and wildlife behaviour on the day, you will visit between 3-4 spots:
First thing in the morning, you’ll head to the Manta Rays feeding ground to spot these underwater angels, before cruising to discover two renowned local coral gardens. If the conditions allow, you’ll also spend time looking for the Eagle Rays.
Your guide will jump in the water with you to point out the different species and help out where required people who are not comfortable swimmers. For people who have never snorkelled or are not confident swimmers, we recommend our private tours for a more personable experience during which the guide will be able to focus all his attention on you. Fantastic views - It was an unique and amazing experience! Tino and Tama did a great job! We saw Manta Rays, about 50 Eagle Rays and many colourful fishes!Thank you for that great trip!

Rays, Sharks and fun! - Fantastic half a day with Manta Ray, Eagle Ray, Sharks! Gorgeous Team with Aro and Noe. They love their island, and they are proud of it! A fantastic journey!! Do not go to Bora Bora w/o contacting them!!

Go ahead without hesitation! Leader and fun - Reservation with ReefDiscovery was made by our agency “Voyeurs du Monde” to allow us to admire the manta rays and the coral garden in Bora. The trip on the super comfortable small group boat is also an opportunity to discover the bay of Bora which is breathtaking. Thanks to Fabien who knew how to find THE spot of manta rays not obvious to find that morning. He accompanied us perfectly in the water while insisting on respect for these fragile animals. A little history, good laughs and the “unforgettable release” combo was complete. The address remains in our travel diaries. Thank you Fabien 🌟

Incredible private snorkeling tour - We did a private snorkeling tour for 3.5 hours. Our tour guide was Pierre and it was honestly such an incredible experience and well worth it! I’m not super comfortable in open water and usually get seasick. From the minute we got on, Pierre was so accommodating and took such good care of us. The second stop was the coral gardens and I wasn’t feeling great so stayed on the boat. Pierre made sure I had everything I needed before taking my husband out. My husband’s one request was to see sharks and sure enough our last stop we got to swim with the sharks. He was so great at also sharing information and stories about the island. The boat was impressively clean and we ended the tour with delicious coconut bread and mango juice. Cannot recommend this tour enough - try to ask for Pierre!

Unforgettable day - Our Guide Fabien has made us forget the bad weather that he turned into an unforgettable day. My daughter and I enjoyed not being with all the tourists when Fabien showed us the coral garden ... what tranquility!
Thank you also for this magical moment with the Manta rays...
I recommend this excursion for kindness, its commitment to the preservation of local wildlife the little touches for everyone and humor of our Guide, comfort on board....

Fun morning snorkeling - Kevin was a fun guide who knew the area very well. Took us directly to the snorkel spots and let us enjoy our time in the water. He interacted with both us and the marine life in a respectful and relaxed way. Māuruuru!

Outstanding tour - We did a lagoon snorkeling tour and had the most amazing day. Nui and Tino looked after us and made sure we saw everything from coral gardens to manta and eagle ray. The boat was very comfortable and we always felt safe and looked after in the water.
We also got to circle the main island taking in history, insights into everyday life and all the resorts.

Fantastic morning of snorkelling! - Great communication prior to arriving via email. Nuii and Tino were amazing. They arrived on time at the collection point at The Dock and after a quick briefing headed straight to the first snorkelling site. We had three sites in total - reef garden, manta site and eagle ray site. We were very lucky that we saw everything we had hope to thanks to Nui and Tino’s great work. Nice refreshments offered out during the tour. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant trip with Fabien - Brilliant outing with Fabien, would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bora Bora. Wonderful local knowledge and ability to find wildness and to view in a thoughtful and respectful manner towards the animals. Loved it!
