The production process of Balsamic Vinegar is incredibly fascinating, and our local guides will help you understand how to use it to impress your friends and family at home.
- Podere Musiara di Benassi Filippo - We will be visiting a local organic farm located in the Apennines. At the farm, you will enjoy a farm-to-table lunch made only with locally sourced ingredients. You will have the opportunity to take a leisurely stroll with the farm’s owner, meet free-range animals and soak in the stunning view of the Apennines mountain range. Lunch will consist of a stuffed ravioli main dish and a secondary or starter course, which is usually made up of cured meats with cheeses or grilled meat. There is also a vegetarian option available.
