Champagne Overview - Being able to see it all firsthand to have a greater understanding. Seeing the history and then having an appreciation for the area.

A must do day trip in Champagne - A great way to explore, taste and learn more about Champagne. Saw vineyards you can’t see everyday, tasted champagne we had never had before. Really learnt a lot about the history of champagne, wine making processes and got to see the beautiful area.

Unforgettable experience - Our Champagne tour in Reims was an unforgettable experience. Starting with a visit to the breathtaking Reims Cathedral, where we delved into its fascinating history, the day only got better. The highlight was undoubtedly visiting two vineyards, where we were immersed in the incredible world of champagne production. The tour was both informative and awe-inspiring.
Lunch in the charming village of Epernay was a delight. We dined al fresco on a lovely patio, savoring delicious food and engaging conversation with Luiz, our friendly and knowledgeable host. His passion for champagne and wine was infectious.
A visit to the village and abbey of Dom Pérignon added another layer of history and appreciation for the region's iconic beverage. This tour exceeded our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking an immersive and enjoyable champagne experience in Reims. - Thank you Louis!

A perfect day in Champagne - We had such a perfect day traveling around champagne with Luiz. He made it very easy to connect for the pick up and showed us a great mix of champagne, history, good food, and views of the region. I absolutely recommend this tour to anyone who loves wine!

Amazing Experience in Champagne! - We had a private tour with Luis and it was outstanding! His knowledge of the region really elevates the experience.
He selected beautiful Champagne Houses for tastings and a wonderful spot for lunch. I learned a lot about the history of Champagne.
Luis is an expert in all things wine, he is kind and humble. A true pleasure to spend the day with learning about the region. I would highly recommend him as your Sommelier and guide in a group or privately.

Great experience - learning about the region and history & enjoying champagne - Thanks Luiz for a lovely day in Champagne! My wife and I had a lovely time.
The tour was both informative and very fun. We enjoyed visiting the historical sites of Reims and Epernay, learning about the making of champagne, and of course drinking champagne! Thanks for a lovely day.

Champagne Tour? A winner! - Very enjoyable day and tour. Luiz was very knowledgeable (I would say expert) on the region and its wines. He was both passionate and conversational, answering all questions fully. The lunch was not included in the tour (as was stated upfront) but was excellent. Also, the return train ticket was not included (as was stated upfront) but it was an easy trip and the wait was minimal. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and the frequent and generous pours of champagne. I would definitely recommend!

Great full day of history and champagne with knowledgeable host! - This tour was exceptional, with a great, knowledgeable guide. Our party got picked up by Luiz in a van at the Reims train station. We went on a Monday (which I think is a less good choice for a day because many places are closed on Mondays). We went to the cathedral Reims first, then a more well known/ bigger winery for the first tasting and tour through their cellars, then a drive to Épernay; where we had lunch with the party and Luiz, and it was delicious. Then before we had another winery visit, a little walk down Avenue de Champagne in Épernay, a very private winery tour at a family owned winery for a delicious tasting, seeing Dom Perifnon’s grave, and then a little more champagne to drink at a park after that. We then took the train from Épernay back to Paris. Very lovely day trip from Paris and great selection of wineries and activities.
I bought wine at both of wineries we went to, and my friend said while she usually gets a champagne headache, that didn’t happen here.
It was clear the whole city (in each place) knew and respected Luiz and for good reason. Highly recommend any of his tours!!

Great champagne tour. - Loved this tour, the only downside and you should check before booking is you have to make your own way back from Épernay.
The tour guide was great, lunch is not free so that's not included.
We toured champagne houses that we had never heard of but that did not matter as the champagnes we tasted were delicious. If you want to visit the famous houses, this is not the tour for you.
We were picked up from Riems Cathedral and had a look around it before we departed.
We got to walk Champagne Avenue, where all the famous Champagne houses are, and visited the church were Dom Perignon lived and is buried.
