- Av. Vieira de Carvalho, 99 - Meet for this São Paulo bike tour at the Selina Aurora hotel on Avenida Vieira de Carvalho, 99. Once you meet up with your guide, listen to a short safety briefing before getting set up with a bike and helmet for the ride.
The bike tour starts at Largo do Arouche, a bohemian square and gay friendly area of downtown. Through the cycle lanes, we explore the region known by famous restaurants, bars and murals of street art.
- Bom Retiro - After that, we ride our bicycles towards to Bom Retiro, a traditional cosmopolitan neighborhood and an important fashion shopping district. Once there, we explore the area of Luz, where we can admire the famous train station, the Pinacoteca Building and the first public park of São Paulo.
- Vale do Anhangabau - We cycle to the historical center crossing the Anhangabaú Valley surrounded by iconic buildings, old bridges and modern murals. At the oldest area of the city, we try to understand how a small village founded by Jesuit priests with the help of Guaranis natives became one of the biggest cities of the world.
- Liberdade - After explore the squares, streets and alleys of the historical center, and admire the architecture of churches, buildings and monuments, we go to Liberdade, known as the famous Japanese district, but with a lot of history related with the Afro-brazilian community.
- Praca Franklin Roosevelt - To finish our bike ride, we cycle straight to Roosevelt Square, other bohemian area with theatrer, bar and restaurants just few blocks from our ending point. On weekends, holidays and at evening, is possible return cycling on Minhocão, a famous overpass used as a park for the local citizens and tourists.
