Fabulous day!! - Highly recommended! Great trip with a lovely tour guide and driver. The beach was beautiful! A real must when you visit Crete.

Perfect Day! - A top guide with a top driver made our day beautiful. While going through the mountains to the Elafonissi beach, the guide explained us about history about nature. They stoped at 2 very good taverna where we could eat what ever we dream and also we could buy local olive oil. Elafonissi Beach is spectacular and really has pink sand.

Must visit! - The driver was amazing, got a good history of the landmarks we passed. The beach itself was crowded, but if you walk across the water to the island, it's an absolute DREAM. crystal clear water, pink beaches, silk soft sand. The pickup is at 250pm which actually turned out well since it got way too hot and there were no available umbrellas. Definitely a trip you must take!

Wonderful and amazing road trip to Elafonisi - Absolutely enjoyed my trip to Elafonisi with Markidis Travel. From the pick-up to the actual road trip with stops in-between, the driver and tour guide were very warm and welcoming and even funny at times. Learned so much about Crete and they made sure we were all comfortable during the trip. They even dropped us off where they picked us up which was a very nice bonus in the middle of peak summer season. Overall, I highly recommend and would do it again when I visit Crete next time!

An exceptional place, quality services. - We were picked up at the agreed time at 7.15am. A long road with spectacular sights. And at the end of the way paradise, Elafonisi a magnificent lagoon, warm and crystal clear waters, and the famous pink sand. Back to the Pension around 7:00. Timely stops to eat local. Special mention to Iannis our Guide who switches from Greek to English and French with ease, gives a lot of information and shares his passion for Crete and to Costas who is an exceptional driver with a lot of humor and gives good advice. We had a wonderful day and we will not hesitate to leave with Markidis.

Spectacular beach - Beach with pink sand, beautiful. I recommend arriving very early in the morning because there are not many umbrellas and sunbeds. There is ample parking. After that you need to walk about ten minutes to get to the beach.

Beautiful but too crowded - The tour operators were enjoyable and friendly. I liked that he shared about the history of the area and landscape. Beach was beautiful but possibly overrated and very crowded.

Beautiful beach - Beautiful beach and wonderful water. The path is quite troubled, the road very narrow and with many conditioners, but when you get to the beach forget everything ☺️
