Was extremely simple and easy, you drive up to the launch area (near a resort on the beach, they send you helpful directions), wait in a shaded area under a tent the guide set up, and one-by-one the members of your group go up and back with the guide for approximately ~15/20 minutes each. The guide is fun, calming, helpful and experienced. The flying apparatus is modern and inspires confidence. The experience itself is beautiful and unique, with fantastic views and great pictures (the guide takes a couple selfies while you’re up there, and you’re free to bring your phone to take videos/pictures).
