Such a unique experience and a must do - This was so coool. Unlike anything we have done before. Really interesting story and engineering of the structure is very cool. Great staff- Malanio(sorry for bad spelling ) from Argentina sang some opera in the wedding room which was a little special. I would have liked more information on the technical side of how it was built and maintained. We really enjoyed the experience . As it was just half a day, we managed to rest in the afternoon. This was important for us as most tours take the whole day due to distances . Loved it

Awesome and beautiful ice cave! - Our guide, Mariano, was excellent! He had great stories - about the history, geology, and folklore. The glacier itself was very cool and it was a great way to learn about the geology of the area!

An experience I will be repeating - We took a climbing tour in the glacier which I can't pronounce. Our tour bus guide, Lili, was incredible. She was informative, professional and also very funny! We had several questions about Iceland, it's history and what she recommmends. We got fantastic insider tips. On the glacier Basia was our guide. Super fun! We didn't only climb, we learned and shared a lot. These guides are genuinely inove with Iceland and love sharing their enthusiasm and passion. Can't wait to come back!

Very cool ! - An experience like no other ! We took an organised tour as it was a long drive from Reykjavik. Amazing photo opportunities. Beautiful scenery on the way to the glacier. Wear sturdy footwear and wrap up warmly. Inside the tunnel has some narrow areas and it was a bit slippery underfoot, even with crampons. The guide was very informative and kept the group moving. Worth a visit.

very incredible and unique tour - our guide/ driver leifur bjornsson who picked up us from reykjavic made an excellent job, also the young lady (unfortunately I don't remember her name) who guided us in the tunnel itself dis a great job.

Don’t miss it - Due to our misunderstanding of where to meet we missed the bus. Artic Adventures got us in the tour by driving us. In the ice cave was other worldly. Amazing

Ran out of fuel on glacier - I want to start by praising our guides; they were fantastic—fun, energetic, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’d give them a 10/10 for their efforts. However, I must express my serious concerns regarding the safety of our excursion. We got to the glacier and started to make progress upwards but our truck unexpectedly ran out of fuel. This situation struck me as highly unprofessional, as fuel levels should be checked before every trip. My party of three felt unsafe and unnerved, especially when the truck began to slide backward, putting us alarmingly close to a deep crevasse, as our guides pointed out. To make matters worse, we spent an hour waiting for fuel, during which time we felt vulnerable and at risk. If given the option, we would have preferred to turn back rather than continue under such unsafe conditions. It’s frustrating that this situation arose from human negligence rather than weather or other extenuating circumstances. I hope this review prompts the company to reassess their safety protocols to prevent future incidents. Given these concerns, I am seeking a refund for our experience. Thank you. Heather H.

Bus never came to pick us up - A whole day wasted. We waited patiently at the designated pickup stop (bus stop #1) at 8:30am. There were about 50 other people waiting for other tours and most were picked up. However, my name was never called, and we never got picked up. I confronted one driver who I thought might be ours but he said we were not on his list. He was a bit dismissive so didn’t try asking him again to double check. We waited for up to an hour and when we finally got in touch with support they basically told us there was nothing they could do as the bus already left the city. I’ve been to numerous countries and never had an issue with logistics. I can’t fathom how the ONE job of a tour company in one of the most beautiful places can fail so miserably. They really need to improve communication, especially at the pickup stops where multiple companies operate. A megaphone and/or better signage would really help I think (if they even bothered to show up in the first place).
