- Strokkur - Strokkur is the little brother or the famous Geysir which not active anymore. Strokkur though is still very active blowing water up into the air every 7 to 10 minutes.

- Thingvellir National Park - The Thingvellir are both historically and geologically a important location. Here was the first icelandic parliament founded in the late 900s and this is also the a visible division between the eurasian and the north american continental plates.
- Kerid Crater - Kerið is an iconic volcanic crater of 55 meters depth. Kerið is only included in the 10:30 am departures, not later departures.

your guide Monica - "We (myself and my wife) had a great and pleasant surprise! Let me explain. During our trip to Iceland, we made a reservation for the Golden Circle tour. We were called to the meeting point at Bus Station 12 for 9 a.m., but we arrived half an hour earlier. There were tourists waiting to board the buses, which started arriving one after another. The guides were calling out the names of the people, who would then board the buses and set off. We waited until after 9 a.m., several buses had already left, and we still hadn’t been called. We began to worry. After a few more minutes, a black minibus arrived, and a lady had a list with our names, mine and my wife's. We got on the minibus, feeling somewhat disappointed. A minibus? Others were getting on large, spacious buses? But it turned out to be an extremely advantageous option in the end. The minibus was very comfortable, the small number of passengers was a bonus on the route, and the driver, who introduced herself as Monica, was also our guide. I can tell you that she was the best, most pleasant, kind, and attentive guide we’ve ever had! If you ever want to have as pleasant an experience as we did, try to take the tour with 'your guide Monica.' You won’t regret it. She also has a playlist with incredibly well-chosen Icelandic music!"

Knowledgable guide and great tour! - Overall the tour was great and Vik was a very knowledgable and enthusiastic guide who gave us a great background of Icelandic culture! The geysir and waterfall was very impressive and we were lucky enough to see a rainbow. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful - Marvin was a wonderful tour director. Informative, humorous. It was a cool rainy day. But we loved every minute of the tour. Would highly recommend the tour. The driver was professional and we all marveled at how well he could handle that bus in the tight parking lots. Thanks Marvin

Highly recommended - I highly recommend this tour by Bus Iceland. The guide, Denis, and the driver were good humoured throughout and Denis provided lots of information about the area and Iceland more generally. We even had a few extra stops due to 'good behaviour'! 🤣
We had an easy, on time, pick up and return to and from the cruise port.

Fabulous! Highly recommend!! - I would definitely have given this 5 stars had it not been for the fact that we were picked up later than we were told. I was on this excursion with a large group from a cruise ship and we were not aware that our bus was picking up passengers at many hotels in Reykjavík! We had to return to the ship by specific time or we would have been left by the cruise line! The excursion was fabulous, we enjoyed each stop and I highly recommend this to anyone traveling there. I also appreciated the quick response to each question I had as we were waiting for the bus to arrive that day. Iceland is beautiful!

Disorganized to say the least - A large company should have better procedures in place for passengers embanking and disembarking. You should have a person at port with names of participants and assign the bus straight away rather than the chaos from all 3 buses screaming and people being confused. Also please advise participants that the food choices are very limiting.
