Amazing Tour, Even Better Guides - The most perfect day tour for anyone and everyone! Our guides were Darren and Gregor and both were phenomenal. Darren is the funnest guy with the best jokes and stories. I really felt like his commentary made the experience even better. He is super knowledgeable and informative. And Gregor is obviously the best driver in all of Iceland. Highly recommended.

Wonderful way to experience Iceland - This was my third trip to Iceland. On this trip, I was with first-time visitors since I was doing my second Golden Circle tour. It was as enjoyable as before since my prior trip had been during the winter which is a totally different experience. There was ample time along the way at each stop on the Golden Circle. We had enough time at the geyser to enjoy lunch in the restaurant. The guide was informative. I highly recommend Reykjavik Sightseeing.

Gullfoss, The Hidden gem - We enjoyed this tour, seeing the fault lines with large rocks and boulders at Tningvellir National Park, and onto seeing the Geothermal Fields watching the Geysers letting off steam. Ending with the amazing Gullfoss Waterfall and we had a rainbow on the side of the falls.

Good job - For me, the most memorable, was the Geysers and the waterfall. Would have have liked more time, especially at the geysers as it was packed, so by the time I got something to eat. I had to do a rush job, looking at them

Great guide! Karen entertained us with history tradition and jokes during bus trip! - Geysers were impressive! The whole landscape is unique! I think more time should be allowed at each stop to take advantage of the experience, as It is a long bus ride.

Great trip but poorly organised - The trip itself was great. Unfortunately, the organisation was not. I was supposed to picked up at 10am and by 10:35 I had to contact viator to sort things out since nobody had showed up but also I had not received any messages from the tour operator either. They eventually picked me up at 11:30 and even then it took a while for the tour to start.

Poor handling and no realization that white is not green... - We had been instructed by the provider to look for a green bus, were at the right meeting place and at the right time. Staff at the car park have also confirmed to us that the green buses are welcoming travellers here. After 15 minutes no bus came, I tried to call the service number and got no answer. Only after 10 minutes did I reach a person who told us that a white bus had been deployed today and that it had already left. This info came even though we were still within the mentioned corridor for pickup between 9:30 and 10am. The day before I had email contact with the provider and no information that suddenly a white bus is coming. One must bear in mind that 90% of buses in Iceland are white and a few are blue or supposedly green... Later at the tourist office we got the information that many travelers had already had exactly the same experiences. Despite the request of the tourist office to the provider, the doubtful settlement has not yet been adjusted... By phone we were promised a refund of the costs, but then again afterwards was not true. So think carefully if you want to book something like this and then best rattle off each of the many buses, if green is now suddenly white. Or whatever color...

Scam. Viator is a scam. If their tours cannot pick up on time good luck getting back to your ship on time. - Tour company was a no show. They claim they left at 9:45however our pickup time was 10:00. There were 4 other couples left stranded. It ruined a valuable once in a life time opportunity to see Rajkevik.
