Fantastic! - This tour was awesome! Beautiful scenery and lush landscapes on the way to each venue. This tour didnt disappoint. The Thingvellir National Park has breathtaking views and so interesting. The geysirs are a great wonder, but blink and you'll miss them. They happen around every 6-10 minutes so be patient! Dont stand down wind as you'll get soaked. Bit of a smell, but nothing too offensive. The Gullfoss Waterfall is spectacular. Its very windy here. Steps lead fown to a platform. Anyone who struggles with stairs, as I do, may struggle to get back up, as I did! Worth it tho! Each stop has toilets, shop and restaurant. This trip made for fantastic photos and memories. Well worth it and not too tiring to be honest.

Well worth your money - Got everything we wanted from this trip. Safe, secure pick up in the morning followed by all the stop offs in plenty of time, including time for lunch, pictures and souvenir shopping. While not cheap, this formed a central and important part of our time in Reykjavik.

Smooth sailing - Trip went smoothly. Guide was knowledgeable. More than ample time allowed at stops. Made it back to city in time for late afternoon, evening, nite life.

Three fabulous sights - Each stop was equally stunning. There was plenty of time at each stop and each very accessible after a short walk (some uneven). Iceland is unbelievable and this tour highlights terrific natural wonders. We had the best day!

The tour itseöf was... - The tour itself was great. Landscapes experienced were awe inspiring. The tour guide, Karen, was exceptional. Driver Gregor was amazing. This part deserves 5 stars. However, the bus itself was not at their standard (cracked windshield, one broken seatbelt, dirty side windows, extremely tight seating, no restroom).

Good but not great - Just a tad disappointed, great guide but thought the tour itself should focus on going to more places, and possibly less time at each location. We were given near 2 hours at the geysiers!! Guide and driver were great!

Nope… - Hmmm… tough to know where to start… Firstly, I have been on this tour previously. So this review is in comparison to that. Pick up at hotel excellent, 10 mins prior to the time booked though, so be prepared. Wait at terminal to go to main tour bus, told to wait inside and guide would call for us at 10 mins before. Five mins before, I double checked and discovered guide was already outside and disgruntled that we were not waiting outside for bus. That kind of set scene for trip. A number of stops were mentioned on Viator. We didn’t do them all as stated. Two apparently (described as a 60 min then 30 min stop actually were one stop) but no explanation given. Twice we were told we’d be back at 3 or 3:30, only later told it would be 5; but arrived 5:30. Not a biggie unless you have later plans and of course, both the weather and driving experience editions play a role here too. That said, neither were a big player in the day we had. So, in regards to the info on the tour, it was scant, hurried and delivered super fast which meant taking it all in (& it was in English and I’m a native English speaker) was almost impossible. The guide proudly shared this was their job for 29 years… Stops were pretty hurried, self paced, and therefore no descriptions or explanations of where you were - you either caught what was hurtled at you on the bus or not - so having been on this trip before, I know my son missed getting to key points at the stops that we’d previously been to and didn’t get the full explanation …. We were too worried about being back to the bus five mins before required departure to fit it all in. If I’d not been here before, I’d have taken it at face value. But I have. And I had an amazing guide who told us how long it each bit of each stop might take, accompanied us, gave us options, broke down the information and made sure we all got a great experience. I also travelled previously in really dire weather where we had to switch vehicles to complete the tour and everyone went above and beyond. This felt like a sad second cousin. Super touristy, lacking the Icelandic charm, happiness and pride in their country. To top it off, the instructions for non English speakers were given in 💯 English… thank goodness I speak English 😔

Great sights; unfriendly tour - Visited the places advertised which were all worth seeing. Pick up and drop off was not clear, disorganised and late. We found the tour guide unfriendly and rude. We wouldn’t recommend this tour company - there are better choices in Reykjavík.
