- Dress according to weather: In Iceland it is always wise to dress in warm, waterproof clothes. Weather changes can be sudden so expect the unexpected. Bring a waterproof jacket and pants, headwear and gloves. Good outdoor shoes are recommended
- It is recommended that you bring your own headphones for the on board audio guide simply because they will fit you best. It is also great for the environment. If you don’t have your headphones or forgot to bring them, earphones are available to purchase on board (own expense)

Not to be missed! - Michael was excellent tour guide and we enjoyed the golden circle day trip and the secret lagoon. Pricing was good alongside comfortable travel.

Truly special day - What an absolutely brilliant day we have had today! A full day of sightseeing without the worry of driving ourselves! Everything was made super special today with the added bonus of the snow!! This trip by far exceeded mine and my families expectations. Some confuse the day before led to us shifting our booking to the following day, but it worked out for the best. Thank you. We are in love with Iceland 🇮🇸

Great all day tour - Great trip and the highlights were seeing the geyser, waterfalls and going into the secret lagoon.
I’ve dropped 1 star because the tour kicks off at 7.45am and the first stop is in complete darkness so it’s virtually impossible to see anything up until around 11am. Also at the second stop, none of the food outlets are open until 11.30am.
Also, a bit disappointed that I had to sit separately from my young daughter on the coach; despite asking the guide if we could sit together and he said that he’d sort it out but never did.

Beautiful experience - We made the excursion with pick up at our hotel, all on time!!
The day was incredibly snowy and cold, but thanks to the hike we could admire everything without worrying about anything.
Only complaint, we can say that the tablets were not perfect, and probably due to bad weather we could not fully admire the beauty of the first stop. Wonderful geysers and the waterfall, enough time to admire, take pictures and consume local food!
The stop at the secret lagoon beautiful unique and warm!!!

Amazing trip - Fantastic trip, really enjoyed it but beware though be there half hour before starting time given as that's when they really collect you they won't call to see where you are either we had to reschedule our day over this it is written in the notes however but in case you miss that like we did,also be careful for anyone in the restricted area near bus stop 1 they will only collect you at bus stop 1 not at hotel like they say but other than this confusion it was an excellent trip and enjoyed it very much the guide was very informative and bus was comfortable,sceret Lagoon was our favourite part spectacular!!

Great trip - We booked this trip with this company specifically because it spent the longest time at the secret lagoon. We are so glad we booked this one because we had the perfect amount of time at the secret lagoon. I was a little disappointed because the bus was 40 mins late picking us up due to school day traffic, which meant they shortened our time at thingvellir national park by 20 mins. then a group of people were 15 mins late getting back to the bus and instead of having them catch the next bus we all had to wait and had even more time taken off our stop at geysir. But I am only taking 1 star off for that because they aren't responsible for another group of tourists being late.

Do not book through Viator! - Booked the trip through Viator/Trip Advisor rather than with the operator directly. Paid extra for hotel pick up but it turns out that does not exist. We were not informed of the pick up location and as a consequence we missed the tour. My family was gutted.
