Sunny, is the Sun. - So, despite not having experienced the northern lights due to inactivity of the sky. Viator were accommodating in rebooking several times to attempt it. We are awaiting a refund for this particular segment of the tour but again, super impressed with their service regardless. Now, the Golden Circle tour. Wow, what an experience. Our guides were Sunny and Paco and what a duo they were. Paco keeping us safe in adverse weathers that changed every five minutes and Sunny, wow where to start… she puts the sun in Iceland without actually having seen any sun. She was informative, considerate, professional and a very intelligent humorous lady. From start to finish she was sensational. We laughed and learned from start to finish. Cannot recommend this tour enough it was brilliant. All sections of the tour were exceptional and the journey too and from was a pleasant experience in itself. Well done team.

Highly Recommend This Tour! - My fiancée and I started our day at 8am after receiving a timely notice from the tour operator stating we would need to be picked up earlier than expected due to the number of people on the tour. We were picked up on time by Pakko and Heidi to drive to the meeting point with other tour members to begin the day. Although we had tour guides most sites we visited you were welcome to join them or go at your own pace. We drove in the dark to Thingvellir, and got to spend roughly half an hour there to enjoy the site. Every location we visited had bathrooms available which was nice considering the lengthy drive between some of the locations. We then drove to Gulfoss which was an incredible experience to see it covered in snow. From Gulfoss we drove to the Geysir which allowed us to pass by some Icelandic horses for a brief few minutes and feed them some horse candy! Although this felt a little rushed it was fine as there wasn't a lot to see other than pet the horses. We got to the Geysir after a few minutes where we had a brief opportunity to get some lunch at the food hall and see the eruptions which took place with surprising frequency! Finally, Kerid Crater was where the day ended and we were transported back to the city where we had a break for a few hours before resuming with Suny and Lukasz to see the Northern Lights. We did not need to go far outside the city for the northern lights which was incredible. We got lucky as the clouds moved away from us and we had a stellar view once they intensified as the evening wore on. No need for complicated cameras if you don't want to lug them around - your phone will do a stellar job of capturing the moment! Overall I would highly recommend this tour as all our guides were fantastic and we got everything we wanted out of this tour. Just bear in mind since you are with a large group you likely won't get to spend a huge amount of time at each location - all the more reason to return to Iceland.

Lucky day! - I participated in two excursions with this agency, the first the Golden Circle and the tour of the northern aorta, I can say that we were very well received, punctuality in the morning, the guide was very nice and explained everything carefully about what we would see during the day. We found a beautiful sunny day, the gayser, the park, the crater was all beautiful. Despite not seeing the Icelandic horses that could be found at the park, our guide was fantastic and allowed us to make an extra stop to pet them! Top of the top! During the tour via a tablet you could ask as many questions as you wanted to the guide and he would answer you. In the last stop of the crater we arrived that it was almost night and despite this our guide indicated that we could already see the aurora and then allowed us to make a longer stop to see it and take pictures! That was great! After a 2 hour break in the hotel, around 21:30 we took a shuttle to our hotel where he accompanied us in the bus, full of people, to go see the dawn. We arrived after about 40 minutes, and the show started! We saw the green aurora with red shades (not noticeable to the naked eye) they also offered us hot chocolate! The only thing I expected that lasted longer as a tour, it was really short stop to photograph and see the aurora, only 40 minutes! We got home around 01:00. But lucky to have seen two auroras with two different shades!

Simply fantastic. - This was such an excellent start to our visit to Iceland. The trip was well organised, the places we visited were superb , particularly the waterfalls which was like a glacier. The guide Heidi was brilliant, her knowledge was informative, interesting and amusing. The bus driver was also great, such a comfortable ride.

Had to leave early because other people were cold and tired - The golden circle tour was absolutely beautiful and loved our tour guide. Our northern lights tour got rescheduled for the next day with a different group due to weather conditions. On the northern lights tour we were told at both places we stopped to see the northern lights a set time to be back on the bus. At both locations, about 15 minutes before we had to be back on the bus the tour guide told us that people were cold and tired and that we were heading back early. We felt it was unfair to us that we had to head back early and got less time at these locations because other people were cold and tired when we paid just as much for this tour as anyone else. Very disappointed.
