Very relaxing - Beautiful clean facility, relaxing atmosphere. Many pools of varying temps to choose from. Cold plunge in the ocean, if you dare. Brrrrrrr Bus driver right on time and very friendly.

Amazing views and tranquil experience! - What serene and gorgeous views at Hvammsvík, and the sun slowly setting in the evening provided such lovely golden hues! This was one of my favorite experiences in Iceland, and in my opinion surpasses Sky and Blue Lagoon! It is also a beautiful one hour drive from Reykjavík.

A very nice facility - Well organized trip with pick-up from the hotel in central Reykjavik. Very well arranged on site with easy, quick and easy change of clothes with hot showers. A very nice beach host who was always on hand among the visitors and had a word over to everyone and helped with surfboards for those who wanted to try. One of the really cozy smaller facilities on the island for us who want to avoid "demanding" noisy tourists who do not understand what the host / organizer really wants to offer us visitors. We booked as a package with transfer from Reykjavik and it was very affordable compared to the big facilities. Highly recommended

My favorite hot spring in Iceland! - Hvammsvík hot spring was amazing! We were lucky to have a warm sunny day to enjoy the outdoor pools. The seafood soup in the restaurant was delicious, great to have after a relaxing spa experience. The pickup and drop off process was very easy. Only 50 min drive from Reykjavik. Very friendly driver.highly recommend this day tour.

A must do - AMAZING, no words to describe how beautiful this hot spring is. Completely immersed in nature with mountain and ocean views. Not crowded at all. Several pools plus a tidal pool, steam and outdoor shop .You can also rent shoes, towels and swim suits. Drinks available at the swim up bar.

A relaxed and comfortable trip - The bus was clean and comfortable, and the skilled driver gave us a relaxed journey despite strong winds buffeting the bus. The hot springs were an awesome experience and I wouldn't have been able to get there without the transfer. Would definitely recommend Reykjavik Excursions.

Relaxation in nature - Well organised transfer. Driver was really friendly. The hot springs were a little busier than we expected but not over crowded. Wonderful natural scenery. The seafood soup they serve in the restaurant was delicious. Pricey but a nice treat.

Springs are magical but check-in experience needs improvement - Springs, restaurant, and facilities were all wonderful but the fellow who checked me in did not give me any information on the pools nor what they offer in the way of water shoes and plastic pouches that you can keep your phones in. He gave a European couple in front of me a detailed rundown with all this info and more, then when my turn came to check in, he just gave me a wristband to access the lockers with only directions to the locker room. No other information, explanation, nor options offered. I didn’t think much of it until the next couple who checked in after me got the same detailed rundown as the European couple did. I didn’t want to make assumptions but it didn’t feel good. I don’t normally write reviews but felt this experience warranted a write up. All customers should be given equal treatment. Otherwise the springs themselves are magical.
