Fabulous - Fabulous hot springs. They have 7 pools of varying temperature. Not as crowded as the Blue Lagoon. After you finished with the hot springs, there is a restaurant there that serves the most delicious fish soup.

Natural Rejuvination - Everyone on my bus (like 9 people) booked through different methods and we met at the flybus terminal for a short 30-45 minute drive (depending on other traffic's speed). Easy to directions to follow before getting in the pools. You will have to choose eating or pools l first as you can re enter the pool if you decide to eat afterwards. The sauna is great and views were amazing on a sunny day, plus it was not full of people and great place to relax and rejuvenate. I visited mid September and got a beautiful day.

A Definite Win! - The drive to & from the hot springs was beautiful. The hot springs were unique & it was fun going to each of the 7 and the views were truly memorable. We had lunch in the cafe and had the best seafood soup I have ever had. We couldn’t believe the shrimp and scallops in it & the sourdough bread with it was delicious. The whole experience was wonderful and to top it off, the driver dropped us off at the cruise port which we hadn’t expected. You could not have a better Hot Springs experience.

Amazing views and tranquil experience! - What serene and gorgeous views at Hvammsvík, and the sun slowly setting in the evening provided such lovely golden hues! This was one of my favorite experiences in Iceland, and in my opinion surpasses Sky and Blue Lagoon! It is also a beautiful one hour drive from Reykjavík.

A very nice facility - Well organized trip with pick-up from the hotel in central Reykjavik. Very well arranged on site with easy, quick and easy change of clothes with hot showers. A very nice beach host who was always on hand among the visitors and had a word over to everyone and helped with surfboards for those who wanted to try. One of the really cozy smaller facilities on the island for us who want to avoid "demanding" noisy tourists who do not understand what the host / organizer really wants to offer us visitors. We booked as a package with transfer from Reykjavik and it was very affordable compared to the big facilities. Highly recommended

My favorite hot spring in Iceland! - Hvammsvík hot spring was amazing! We were lucky to have a warm sunny day to enjoy the outdoor pools. The seafood soup in the restaurant was delicious, great to have after a relaxing spa experience. The pickup and drop off process was very easy. Only 50 min drive from Reykjavik. Very friendly driver.highly recommend this day tour.

Relaxation in nature - Well organised transfer. Driver was really friendly. The hot springs were a little busier than we expected but not over crowded. Wonderful natural scenery. The seafood soup they serve in the restaurant was delicious. Pricey but a nice treat.

Hot Springs are 5/5, pickup/dropoff is 1/5 - The springs themselves were *amazing* and a 5/5 experience that I even considered booking again in the same trip. But I would highly recommend just making your own way to the meeting point (BSI bus terminal) rather than paying extra for a pickup point, because the pickup process was extremely disorganized. My pickup time was 4:30-5pm, so I arrived at the pickup point at 4:20pm, where there were 2 other people also waiting to be picked up for the same tour. No one showed up until 5:10pm and even then, it seemed like it was another guide from the company who just happened to be going to BSI terminal rather than the pickup service we actually booked. When we arrived at BSI terminal, the transfer to Hvammsik left immediately---they did not check who had arrived or anything so this also felt random and unorganized and that we were just "lucky" to make it before it left. I highly recommend the hot springs, but just meet at the meeting point BSI terminal----the pickup point service isn't worth the stress or extra cost.
