More than just a Food Tour - Had an awesome tour with our guide Sabrina. Been on many food tours in our travels and I have to say this exceeded all of them and that sentiment was felt by our entire group. Sabrina did an awesome job getting to know us and shared her experiences and knowledge of the area making for an very interesting tour. So much more than just walking from food stop to food stop. Learned so much of the history of the area and everyone felt so comfortable listening and talking with Sabrina. I highly recommend Sabrina and her company Bitesized Iceland.

So much more than just a food tour - Sabrina was an amazing guide. She offers an experience that allows you to leave the heavily-trafficked tourist areas and walk in a local's footsteps. In addition to the (plentiful and delicious!) food, Sabrina has woven together a walking tour that showcases Icelandic street art, architecture, history, and culture. My family had an amazing time. We were particular fans of the steinbitur fish. Absolutely include this tour on your itinerary; I'm so glad that we did.

Fantastic & fun food tour - Sabrina’s food tour was fantastic and delicious for my family of four (with 2 girls - college & high school age). It’s our favorite city tour ever - learning about the street art and the old harbor area combined with food! We loved how skillful she was in making this an intimate experience for my family and the other couple on the tour - we all got a chance to share a bit about our backgrounds while we listened to Sabrina’s fascinating insights about the food we’re eating and how the culinary history of Iceland has changed over time. Also, we appreciate especially her thoughtful modifications to accommodate my girl’s dairy allergy while still giving her delicious samples of Icelandic cuisine. Finally, special thanks to Sabrina for giving us detailed advice to make sure our cruise disembarkation & our luggage would not be a problem since we were meeting her for the 11am food tour that morning!

You will feel like hanging with dear friends! - This is by far the best food experience and one of the best I have ever had not only in Iceland rather everywhere. Sabrina tour is one of the best honestly. The food is not the typical tourist trap, rather what locals eat. But is not only about the tour in general, she takes you to shops and explain to you the history of the places. Also she talk about the culture and the society. She kindle even went with me to a local supermarket to help me purchase things for my family. Honestly you will feel like you are with friends. Totally recommended tour!

Fabulous Food Tour - Our food tour with Sabrina on Wednesday afternoon was fabulous. From the food tasted to the knowledge of Sabrina what a great tour. If you are in Reykjavik I highly recommend doing this tour. Walking around the old port area and seeing the change was so interesting, the food delicious. Finishing with icecream the perfect finale. Thanks again from the Aussie's.

Experience real Iceland - Sabrina didn’t just teach us about the local food, but gave us multiple “tastes” of what actual Icelanders enjoy. It was a real insight into the culture. Highly recommend this tour!

Accessible and interesting! - My wife and I loved this tour!!!!! It was so fun to learn about modern Icelandic food and culture. We got to eat like a real local. The tour was less about historical Icelandic foods like fermented shark and more about evolution of Icelandic food and what people like to eat today. Great for a pickier eater who is scared to try something too stinky, haha. Our guide was born in the USA but has been living in Iceland for many many many years (and is married to an Icelander with Icelandic children) and she brought a very interesting perspective. Would go again and would bring friends!!

Wonderful food tour , full of fun and facts - This was a fun tour , with a lovely guide who was very knowledgeable about Icelandic history , culture and cuisine. Not too much walking involved on the tour , but a trip to a number of different eateries , trying out the local produce , and also a few shops to see what can be bought from Iceland and what is imported. The 3 hour booked tour ended up running for over 4 hours , what excellent value for money , it enriched my knowledge of Iceland , and I’d recommend it to anyone
