Harbor history, food, and fun from a resident Icelanders’ point of view. - Personalized tour that took us through the portion of town that has immense history and is completely different from the downtown area.

A Truly Personal & Unique Introduction to Iceland! - I did a lot of research to try to find a great food tour to kick off our first day in Iceland and felt good about the choice I made by booking this one. Boy, did we hit the jackpot!!! This tour is a hidden gem, and if you're reading this review, you've just stumbled upon an experience you'll never forget! This isn't your typical large group tour where you get herded around from place to place and hear a few lines of information at each stop along the way. This was like spending the afternoon with friends while enjoying amazing food, drinks, and conversation. Sabrina purposely keeps her groups very small (there were just three of us!) and gives you a very intimate and personal experience with so much insight into Icelandic culture. While this is most definitely a food tour, you'll learn about so much more and walk away with a warm feeling in your heart. I hope to return to Iceland again someday and I would 100% repeat this tour without a second thought! Thank you so much, Sabrina, for the fond memories!! <3

Perfect Tour to Start our Icelandic Adventure - What a fun and informative way to kick off our Icelandic adventure. We flew in on a red eye and went almost immediately on Sabrina’s Old Harbor walking tour that frankly offered way more information than we were expecting. We learned about Iceland’s’ agrarian and fishing history, architecture, even genealogy. Along the way we were treated to great food, accompanied by each foods’ historical significance. Her energy, knowledge and delivery was the perfect jumping off spot to understanding and enjoying Iceland. Oh and the was more than happy work with us on scheduling. Reach out to her directly. We did and she set up a personal tour at very reasonable rate.

One of the high points of our trip to Iceland - We took this tour on our last day in Iceland, and it turned out to be one of the high points of our trip. Not only did we sample some really good Icelandic fare, we got to see parts of the Grandi area of Reykjavik that we otherwise would have missed. Our guide, Sabrina, was knowledgeable and full of interesting tidbits about Icelandic culture and customs. And the food was delicious. We highly recommend this tour.

AWESOME experience and great food - Sabrina was AMAZING and super knowledgeable since she is married to an Icelander. She has a wealth of cultural knowledge in addition to the information about the food. She was intelligent and friendly and made you feel as if you were just having lunch with an old friend. She adds info about the area, murals, art and more. Very well done and I highly recommend!!

Food walking tour in Old Harbor - We had an excellent tour of the Old Harbor area away from the touristy side of town. As a result, you had the feeling that this is where the locals eat and shop. Sabrina was well prepared with photographs and slides to illustrate her points. She was easy to talk to and full of interesting facts about Islandic Culture. Would recommend this tour highly.

More than just a Food Tour - Had an awesome tour with our guide Sabrina. Been on many food tours in our travels and I have to say this exceeded all of them and that sentiment was felt by our entire group. Sabrina did an awesome job getting to know us and shared her experiences and knowledge of the area making for an very interesting tour. So much more than just walking from food stop to food stop. Learned so much of the history of the area and everyone felt so comfortable listening and talking with Sabrina. I highly recommend Sabrina and her company Bitesized Iceland.
