• Jokulsarlon - Jökulsarlón and Fjallárslón are glacier lagoon at the south end of the glacier of Vatnajökull the biggest glacier in Europe, between the Skaftafell preservation area in Vatnajökull National Park and Höfn. Jokuslarlon Glacier Lagoon is next to the Icelandic Ring Road. The lake is filled with icebergs, which are calving off the Breidamerkurjokull Glacier. At Jökulsárlón and Fjallárslón you have the option of an amphibian boat tour or a more exciting zodiac boat tour. We recommend pre-booking to guarantee availability upon arrival. The lagoon has a vast amount of floating icebergs that have broken off Vatnajökull, Europe’s biggest glacier, and floats towards the ocean.

Situated adjacent to the Icelandic Ring Road is the Jokuslarlon Glacier Lagoon, a lake dotted with icebergs that have sheared from the Breidamerkurjokull Glacier. It is wise to reserve in advance to ensure availability upon your visit. The lagoon is teeming with icebergs that have detached from Vatnajökull, the largest glacier in Europe, and are floating towards the sea.
