Display of the northern lights is an unpredictable occurrence of nature that begs for your patience and hope. In case the northern lights do not appear during your trip, we don’t provide refunds. However, we do furnish our passengers with a token for a complimentary trip to be used on another day. Weather conditions play a significant role in the trip, and circumstances might compel us to cancel the tour.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
