• EastWest - To commence your quest for the Aurora Borealis, you’ll engage in preliminary planning using the Aurora forecast before venturing to the chosen destination. The journey may entail a drive of approximately one hour to locate an optimal viewing area, where you might also have to wait for the spectacle to emerge. During this interval, we’ll serve hot chocolate and traditional Icelandic confections, and provide Icelandic woolen blankets for your comfort in the chilly outdoors.\n\nThere’s a possibility of relocating to different vantage points, facilitated by communication with other aurora enthusiasts who are also out in search of the lights each night. This strategy enhances the chances of witnessing the Northern Lights. Should the lights remain elusive during your excursion, you are offered another opportunity to join the tour at no additional cost, subject to availability.\n\nOur minibus transport ensures a premium experience with a limited group size of no more than 19 individuals, deliberately avoiding larger crowds to secure the most favorable location for observation.

With this in mind, our Northern Lights tour is centered around the idea of creating a memorable experience. We begin by carefully planning our journey based on weather forecasts, heading towards the best possible locations to see the lights.

Sometimes, chasing the lights becomes part of the adventure. If we are fortunate enough to witness this magical display, it will be an unforgettable moment. However, if we don’t find them, there will be another opportunity to try.

During the tour, we provide complimentary photos, cozy Icelandic wool blankets, hot chocolate, and delicious Icelandic pastries.

To ensure a more intimate experience, we travel in a minibus, allowing for smaller group sizes (maximum of 19 people), and avoiding crowded areas to find the best vantage point.

• Please note that the access to restroom facilities out of urban areas is very limited while on the Northern lights tours.
• Even with the best of guides and a detailed forecast, sightings are never guaranteed. If we don’t find any lights while on tour, you can join us again another day for free (upon our availability). You will not be entitled to get a refund, though.
• A refund is only possible if the tour never operates while you are in Iceland and you never get the chance to join the tour which sometimes happens due to unfavorable weather conditions.
• The tour is operated in a minibus and does not exceed more than 19 passengers.
• Availability for tour cannot be checked without making a booking. Credit cards will only be charged upon confirmation of shown availability.
• This tour takes place at night, please dress up accordingly with warm garments. Bring along a hat, gloves and a scarf. Waterproof clothing is always recommended while touring around Iceland.

• Pick-up begins 30 minutes prior to departure time.
