Almost missed them but they made it happen! - Thank you for a night we'll never forget! We went to the dark spot location to see the northern lights and after 2 hours in -15 degree weather, nothing happened. We disappointedly left and accepted our fate that we wouldn't see the lights. Then on the ride back, the lights appeared! They pulled all 6 busses over and let everyone get out to see the lights for 45 minutes. They absolutely didn't have to do that but they did and it was incredible. Thank you for making this happen for our family!

Beautiful views! - Very comfortable travel, great location and beautiful views! The bus picked us up very near the hotel, took us to the station to the coach and then took us on a quick drive to the location where the Northern Lights were already out!

Taking a change gave us a once-in-a-lifetime experience. - Took a chance on the last trip of the season and it was Brilliant! Drive out of town not too long and despite the moon got some great pictures. Glad we were encouraged to go. Bring a tripod if you can and your best camera! But decent phones do work too!

Great Experience - must do at least once - It was a great experience and a lovely tour. Simple instructions on where to meet up and a short drive to the park where we saw northern lights in less than 30 minutes.

April Northern Lights Tour - This is a great excursion after spending a day in the city of Reykjavik. We drove about an hour outside of the city, and during that time, our guide offered us a bit of an explanation for how the northern lights happen and gave us some tips for how to take photographs. We arrived to a spot just off the main road and then gathered around to look for the lights. At first, the northern lights were not visible (or just very faintly so). There could have been a little more explanation for where to look or what to look for (and some assurance that nothing was visible). After 20-30 minutes, the green started to appear pretty clearly before covering much of the sky. Though the lights were still fairly subtle for the night, it was still an awesome experience!

Can, but no must do - Sadly the northern lights weren’t really strong, so we didn’t see that much. Nevertheless everything was organized good and the bus stopped at many different bus stops which made the journey there very comfortable. A little more info regarding the lights would have been cool tho.

Disappointing. - It was very hot in the bus, the round trip was long. The place where you should see the aurora is full of lights and there are two lighthouses. The staff did not accompany us during our stay on site to explain anything about the Northern Lights. Next time I'll rent a car and go alone, spending less.

Disappointed - Terrible planning and experience. We had the aurora dancing over our hotel Natura in Reykjavík and was so hyped to be taken out in the darkness out of town. But the tour guide stopped at a parking lot on the side of a trafficked road and with road lights lighting up the sky. We saw the aurora but barely due to all the lights around. Not worth the money!
