Waiting for the sky to play music in the cold! - This experience will be unforgettable for a lifetime. It is absolutely impossible to encounter such a beautiful environment while living in Southeast Asia! Take long walks to learn to appreciate the bigger world! Seeing the aurora for the first time in life, it feels like the sky is playing music for the world, with high and low melody, and the background of the environment makes it even more dazzling.

We managed to see the... - We managed to see the northern lights! Tour guide was very knowledgable and took us to a few spots, even stopping on the way home when they got more intense. He was very entertaining, telling us stories and singing! Hot chocolate was very good!

Beautiful Dancing Skies! - Omg! The most beautiful sky I've ever seen..in what feels like 0° weather, lol. Our tour was canceled the night before due to bad weather but when we were able to go, it was perfect! Oddyseus, our tour guide, found us the perfect spot, and the view was incredible. He also gave us some hot 'cocoa' to warm us up, which was a bonus. He also took our photos and emailed them to us by the next day. Greatly appreciated.

A phenomenal Northern Ligthts trip - Felt blessed to see the Northern Lights on our trip. They were stunning and had the added bonus of seeing the volcano too. Suggest wearing very warm clothes, hats, gloves, etc, as it was extremely cold! We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel which was a bonus.

This was one of a few... - This was one of a few experiences we booked hoping to see the northern lights. This was the night when the lights were the weakest during the week we were in Iceland. Our guide/ bus driver did a good job of hunting for the lights and quickly stopping once he spotted them. Despite that, due to the low KPI/ low visibility on this night, the lights weren't as spectacular as on other nights. Our guide/ driver did his best though, because we were out for about 4 hours and stopped multiple times to get a glimpse of the lights and maybe take a couple of pictures before they disappeared again. If you're booking this experience be prepared. You could get lucky and see the lights clearly within the first 20 minutes outside Reykjavik, or you could spend hours moving from one spot to another catching fleeting glimpses of them.

Non lights - Sat on a full bus with some annoying Americans behind me. The tour operator was lovely but ended up sitting in a car park freezing with no northern lights in sight. Very expensive for something that we didn’t see

Dissapointing - This was supposed to be one of the highlights of our weekend. We were basically taken to a car park and stayed there for 3 hours in the freezing cold. I was expecting to visit several locations to get to see the lights. We were offered an extremely small hot chocolate but it had ran out by the time my wife was served. Totally disappointed about the trip and price paid. The only good thing was the customer service to change the day of booking prior to this trip.

Never use Viator - Never book with Viator, cancel sessions without any notification. Could of booked on another excursion but after failing to turn up and contacting the operator direct they had cancelled the night before so had plenty of time to let us know and book an alternative.
