While we totally enjoyed... - While we totally enjoyed this event, even in the freezing cold, we missed a lot of what the guide was telling us. He tried very hard to get us good photos and persistent in finding the Northern lights. He was very kind. We just couldn't hear him on the bus because he spoke so softly.

Unfortunately didn't get... - Unfortunately didn't get to see the northern lights with our guide (forgotten her name) on the night we booked but we were advised we would have a chance to re-book, the tour company were super helpful and we managed to book for the following night, this time it did not disappoint, we had Jonas as our guide and he took us out to Thingvellir National Park and we caught an amazing display, he was a brilliant guide, thanks to him we have some fantastic picture which he took with the Aurora behind us, making forever memories we can cherish, the hot chocolate and chocolate bar were delicious, would recommend this tour 100%

Our Wonderful Aurora Tour with Juliana - During our first aurora tour, although we were unable to see the northern lights, Juliana remained incredibly warm, positive, and enthusiastic throughout the experience. Her professionalism and kindness left a lasting impression on us. This time, we were delighted to join another aurora tour led by Juliana—and we were finally able to witness the stunning northern lights! Juliana’s energy, passion, and knowledge made the entire evening unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt comfortable, informed, and excited. Her genuine dedication truly enhanced our experience.

Joseph was wonderful tour guide. He was enthusiastic and took lots of pictures of us with the n lights. Hot cocoa a hit - Lights were fantastic, small group a plus and Joseph was friendly and took lots of pictures. Hot cocoa delicious. Great night but very cold!!!

Successful hunt for the Northern Lights - Tour guide Iskren managed to find us a clear patch of sky far north of Reykjavík to watch the Aurora! He defied the odds of heavy cloud cover with forecast research and contacting people to confirm clear skies. Much appreciated.

You're either lucky or not 🥲 - Nice experience! It was super cold and windy, so definitely dress in layers. Nelu (the guide) was really kind and did his best to chase clear skies, driving quite a distance around Iceland (not sure how far we went in the opposite direction, but we eventually returned and headed toward Keflavík). It was super cold, we had some hot chocolate... Unfortunately, it wasn’t the best night—we only saw a few very faint flashes after nearly 3 hours, and even those lasted less than 5 minutes. Interestingly, my phone camera captured them really well, but in real life, they were barely visible. So I’d say we didn’t see much (just unlucky this time and I joked as if it was the most expensive hot chocolate we had haha), but the staff and operator were incredibly lovely, understanding, supportive, and kind. We’ve rescheduled for another night. Stay tuned for a second review!

Very nice, i like - Juliana was very knowledgeable, charistmatic and funny. She knew the perfect spots to spot aurora, and had a lot of useful tips how to take a perfect picture

Great experience! - The views were amazing, Jacqueline (sorry for messing up the name, I know she’s from Portugal) is a wonderful tour guide. She taught us how the northern lights work and how to take the picture of it. Though the first place is not that ideal to watch the northern lights due to the clouds , she immediately took us to another place, which was Cristal clear, a perfect place to see the stars and northern lights, and luckly we had a chance to see it dancing in the sky. What a wonderful experience, tons of thanks to our guide!

Great Experience - Juliana was very friendly and informative. The Northern Lights were not very active, but that’s the way the cookie crumbles! The cup of hot chocolate and a sweet treat were a nice touch.
