- If you do not see any northern lights, offer you a free second tour but please note that you must contact to re-book this and this is subject to availability each time. No refund is given when no lights are seen.
- Tour is operated from Mid-September to Mid-April.

A truly memorable experience. - The organisation for this experience was excellent and our driver/guide whose name is Radick was exceptional.
I would highly recommend this experience to
anyone contemplating whether they should go or not.

Amazing experience - bucket list item checked off! - Our northern lights tour was everything I could have hoped for. This has been on my bucket list for so long and we really got lucky that the weather worked in our favor. Our guide Mikos was really fun and so committed to making sure we saw the lights. We had a truly remarkable experience of seeing the lights just barely starting to form, all the way to basically exploding overhead. My biggest tip would be to make sure you have a good understanding of how to take long exposure photos on your phone before you go- you don’t want to be asking trying to figure this out on the spot or you will miss it. Also either have touch sensitive gloves or have your phone set up to allow easy access to photo app so you are able to stay warm.

Magical Evening - What an amazing night! Pick up was super quick and easy. We had the pleasure of having Palli as our guide for the night and he did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgable at what he does. During the journey, he got a call from his colleague saying she could already see the lights from where we was heading. We got lucky and saw them early in the evening and got loads of photos and hot chocolate which was a nice touch.

Chasing northern lights - I felt our tour guide made everyone feel welcomed. Came in confident we were going to have a successful night. Took pics of us and at the end gave us some hot cocoa and goodies to enjoy. I believe it was with Siggy if I caught his name correctly. Thank you for this successful tour and kindness

Go for the northern lights stay for the guides - Your with Palli was fantastic!! Very energetic, thorough, and knowledgeable. Not only did he teach us a bit about the lights and Iceland but he goes the extra effort with hot chocolate and cookies once you’re there. We got lucky and saw the lights at the first stop but wish it could’ve lasted longer just to learn more from Palli!

Stunning Aurora on a crisp night with excellent forecast - Our guide was amazing and pumped up the vibes despite the -14C temperature. Hot cocoa was much needed.
Aurora was beautiful. However, I did think they would take us further out of the city during the 4hrs to avoid the light pollution.
We had 3 photos taken: a nice one, a silly one, an extra one. But only 2 were posted, and the silly one was the only one with a nice Aurora. I would suggest posting all photos taken and let the guests choose if they like them or not rather than deleting and not posting photos that the guest knows were taken. If we had known some were deleted, we would have had more photos taken.
I liked that they don’t proceed with the tour if it looks like the lights won’t be seen at all.

Overrated - Well, it was super cold and I learned that I couldn’t see the lights with just my eyes.
The guide was fairly inattentive as a host. He drove around and did the best he could to give us a AB experience to remember but was late to pick us up, didn’t offer to turn up the heat, doubled back to look for guests who were already with us (and couldn’t find guests at the site, holding us up a bit more) and perhaps made the worst hot chocolate I’ve ever had. No blankets offered either. Just mentioning that since it’s a selling point.

No experience, since it was canceled. - Cancelled excursion without news of the agency if we don’t call to know, we are not kept informed very disappointed I do not find it at all professional
