Would recommend this tour over larger tours - Kobe was a great guide and was determined to find us the best spot and give us the best photos. Hot chocolate and gingerbread cookies were an added plus!

Northern Lights - Kobe was awesome! It was cold but so worth it to see the stars and lights. The hot cocoa and cookies were a nice bonus.

Excellent, once in a lifetime - We didn't get to see the lights but our driver did get us where we could see a volcano eruption and found us a place to take pictures. Wonderful experience!

Awesome Night - It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our guide Emil was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with a wealth of information. He took us to 3 different areas where we witnessed a wonderful show from the merry dancers.

Great experience - Fabulous time with our guide Jonas. Pickup was on time and he was very entertaining and informative telling us all sorts of information throughout the evening. He was very attentive and took excellent photos successfully finding the northern lighys despite cloud cover. Tour was cancelled the first night but promptly rescheduled and we were kept in the loop the whole time regarding conditions.

Amazing experience. - We had an amazing experience on this tour. The driver was knowledgeable and helped us understand about northern lights. We were supposed to drive east of Reykjavik but then checking the apps we drove just outside the city where we could see spectacular Northern Lights. We also had photoshoot as Vikings and the hot chocolate at the end was an icing on an already amazing trip.

ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING EXPERIENCE - 10 November 2024. My bestfriend and I booked a Northern light tour with Aurora Vikings enticed by the advertised expertise and hot chocolate and gingerbread! We received an email that our tour was not going ahead due to weather conditions and were offered to be rescheduled or refunded, which we appreciated. We rescheduled for the next night, with Aurora Vikings deciding to go ahead and give it a shot. Our guide Kobe was funny, friendly, and knowledgeable, and we spent the night with a group of around 10 people, driving in a minibus to chase the Aurora Borealis. We made three stops and were blessed with the lights each time, each stop progressively showing more aurora activity. The last stop was so worth the wait, we were able to see the aurora dance with our naked eyes. Truly an unforgettable experience. Thanks Kobe for a great night and for the amazing photos and videos we get to keep!
