Reliable & lower-priced transfer to/from KEF - We had a very positive experience with our driver. She was professional and very polite. This company also offered a better price than the company that drove us from the airport to our hotel when we arrived in Iceland. They communicated with us regularly and promptly.

Awesome service and great communication - Tourism Iceland had great communication from beginning to end. They had their driver contact me the day before pickup on both the pickup and drop off. The driver, Vishnu, was very courteous and the vehicles were clean and comfortable for the 45 minute drive. We also had the same driver for both trips, which was great. I highly recommend this service.

Exemplary transfer - The journey to and from Reykjavik was well organised. In advance, the driver had already contacted us via what's app. Even the delay of our outbound flight was no problem and we had a short wait for the driver. The return journey from Reykjavik to the airport at 4 a.m. was great. The driver Dheeraj even checked back in the morning that he was on his way to pick us up on time. I would book again any time.

Nice drive - Our chauffeur contacted us the day before and kept in contact with us. He was very friendly. He did have a heavy accent so it was a little hard to understand at times but not bad. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Problems with no transfer waiting for us! - The transfer for some reason was cancelled by you! We were at the airport an hour waiting and trying to gunfire out the problem, and a gentleman named Tory helped us and took us to our hotel!

Left stranded in Kev airport… - We had booked a private transfer for our arrival to Reykjavík the following morning. The tour was accepted and booked and I was charged the full cost for both an arrival and departure. Upon arrival to Reykjavík we received an email (about an hour before our flight landed) that a request for a full refund from Tourism Iceland was made. The worst part about this was not even a single email explaining why they cancelled on us or an apology for leaving us stranded at airport on a snowy morning at 6am - having to take 2 public buses to get to our destination. I understand cancellations happen but the weather was not bad and no reason was Given - again, the most upsetting part about it!
