Great Resource for Aurora Hunting - Andres has been wonderful and was very communicative during the entire time we were in Iceland, trying to find a day where the forecast was good to see the Northern Lights. When our initial tour day arrived and it looked like we were not going to be able to do our tour as planned, Andres asked for our schedule to free up additional time if one of the other days would also work for Mother Nature. We unfortunately were not in Reykjavik when we were able to see the lights, but Andres gave many tips for how we might see them when we were across the island, which resulted in success! I would highly recommend this tour company, even though we were unable to complete the tour to no one's fault, but the weather.

Superb experience - Andres, was in contact from the start of our booking and wisely advised us that the conditions may not always be conducive to seeing the lights. Andres came to our hotel and explained every day what our chances were. Rather than other tours where they take payment even when there is no possibility. I knew we were in safe hands and Andres expertise would guide us in the right outcome as was so clear from other reviews. In the end the conditions were not right - but our expectations were managed so well by Andres and we had a wonderful trip to Iceland all the same and even better to have contact with such a good person as Andres is. So make sure you book with him - there is no better!

Amazing personalised northern lights experience - I arranged a Northern Lights Private Tour with Andres for my parents as a gift. Andres went above and beyond to ensure my parents had the best chance of seeing the lights and a once in a lifetime experience. He was flexible and provided the best recommendations for success. My parents are still overcome with what they saw! Great value and a beautifully personalised experience. I am truly grateful and would recommend tours with Andres to anyone.

5 stars!!!! 3 different spots and the most beautiful views - We saw them!!! It was a particularly cloudy day, but the KP index was a 6 so Andres used his expert knowledge to find them for us in three separate locations! We got to stay and watch them until they disappeared and then we went to the next spot, he even drove us so we could stop for a coffee and a snack. 10/10 would recommend, there wasn’t a bus or coach in sight, and it was just us!!!

Brilliant private tour!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Andres was absolutely brilliant! Andres helped me plan a proposal under the northern lights, and even though we sadly didn’t see them that evening, he still helped make the evening memorable & special. He took us to a lighthouse, where I popped the question to my now fiancé. He took professional photos of the moment which he later sent to us. The next day he kindly took us back to the lighthouse during daylight so we could see the views of where the proposal happened, and again took more photos of us. Andres, thank you for everything you did for us. I recommend this man for your private tour, he really does go above and beyond! Luke.

Disappointing - Andres re-booked us from our original date because the weather was not looking promising, which we appreciated that it’s weather dependent so were happy to be flexible. The day he agreed to take us out he already had other bookings. We made clear we’d booked a private tour and were only happy with a private car. He organised for a friend to drive us and so that seemed fine and we all went out together. While he’d been clear to manage expectations about the visibility not being great, I was really disappointed we only went to check one spot and stayed about 20 minutes before turning around and heading back to Reykjavík. It really felt like we should have tried a bit harder, but it seemed the other tourists in our group wanted to head back so we all left. There was no real discussion, before I realised we weren’t going to see any other possible locations but were heading back to Reykjavik. Our driver then got into a car accident. We weren’t hurt and I understand these things happen, we don’t blame her at all. My review is very much around the fact that it seemed minimal effort was put in to find any additional spots to see the northern lights. My husband and I went out in our own car the evening before with similar conditions and had much better luck just by sticking with it a bit longer and driving a little further. Andres did send us a partial refund without us having to ask, because we had to pile into the one car for the rest of the drive back after the accident.
