Could run later - Got the 24 hour ticket in Iceland. The hardest part was finding the first bus stop. It was a little expensive (but that could just be the Iceland aspect of it) Once we found a paper map life became much easier. It had a qr code that showed where the buses were in real time. The buses were every 45 minutes. We hopped on three times, just missed it twice so walked to our next destination. If you hopped on and off at all the sites the day pass is no where near enough and I would recommend the 48 hour pass. The bad thing about it was it dropped us at a museum at 4pm and the last bus was at 4.45. No time to walk around and get out to catch it. If it ran later than 5.30 it would be much better.

Good tour; missing some interesting information - The commentary was too brief & failed to inform travellers of enough details about quite a few of the highlights on the tour. In a few cases the recording didn't even play, particularly late afternoon

Iceland Hop on Hop off bus - Very nice way to see all the sites! The hop on-hop off bus makes it easy to get around especially in Iceland. Loved it

Good holiday planner - Arrived on time , seamless entry , warm bus traffic was light few diversions , map on the app very useful , about 45 mins round trip went round once and noted highlights then stopped off at 3 planned sites . Stood close to most cultural sites and bus stops clearly marked .Also smooth ride ,really useful for deciding an itinerary for future days.Always do hop on hop off if available for this reason.Reykavick really neat city , clean ,accessible and actually works .Good experience overall . Used it for most of the day so good value for money in otherwise expensive city.

Big Bus Iceland - Good overview of the city. Could have more specific pick up times at the bus stops. Price for 48 hours was a great deal because Perlan really needed a 2-3 hour visit time!

City Tour in Iceland - Great overview of the city and its sites limited by short daylight hours. 48 hour tour worked well to give us the day at Perlan and save on an expensive taxi since the 48 hour tour was a great deal!

Relaxing ride - Very nice sight seeing excursion for the city. It takes a little over an hour and you have an opertunity to get off at any of the 16 stops. Audio is available while on the bus in different languages.

Bus was clean. Covered... - Bus was clean. Covered the city well. Commentary was minimal. Lots of time with either just music or no commentary. Would have preferred more history and/or background information.

Boring, waste of time and money - As an Icelander I am fully ashamed of this bus-trip around my city. First, I bought tickets on-line but they never arrived in my inbox. Had to call the firm and found out this is an international chain who I am sure couldn't care any less about their services in Iceland. It took too long to find my booking but the guy (Bern) who helped me was quite helpful. The driver was nice, but couldn't help me at all! Had to rebuy one ticket on-board and it cost 2.000 ISK more than on-line! The guidance is very poor. One of us listened in Icelandic and there was not very much said about anything. One was listening in English and I blush at the way they pronounced our Icelandic names and words, just so shameful. There is plenty of Icelandic people that can read English so this should not need to happen. One was listening in Spanish and she said it was an IE reading. Shame, shame, shame not to value our culture at all! There were far too many silences and terrible waiting music (lift music) . The time could have been used so much better to tell us what we were seeing and experiencing or something about Iceland and Icelanders. I do not recommend this to any traveler. It does not say anything. It is just trying to sell other time-passers from the same company (that claims to be Icelandic but isn't). Such a big example on how tourism has turned against itself and is just thinking of gaining money from travellers. A way of tourism I detest.

Bad experience - We didn’t actually use these tickets as we were never able to find the stops or understand the way to use the vouchers. We tried communicating with the tour operators several times during this day but they never responded until after our tour date had ended. Overall bad experience, the only bad experience we have had here in Iceland. Love the country and will be back but would not recommend this tour.
