Go for the graveyard, stay for Einar - Einar was the coolest!!! The later time was definitely a bit too chilly, but the graveyard made it worth it. Ask Einar about his epic family!

Wonderful Icelandic Tour - We had so much fun on this tour! Not only was Einar so knowledgeable about Icelandic folklore, but he added in voices and songs that took the stories over the top. He also showed us personal things to him and his family which was the icing on the cake. 10000% would recommend.

A must for anyone interested in folklore. - An absolutely stellar experience. Our guide, Stefan, was funny, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely excited about the things he told. He was able to answer pretty much every question the, admittedly small, group could fling at him. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Iceland, and we where there for a week with a fully packed program.

Wondering Tour with Great Guide - We (myself and 3 friends) had Einar as a tour guide for the Folklore Walking Tour on June 3rd, 2024 and he was wonderful. He was more reserved at the start but as the tour got going he got more animated, acting out the scenarios he was telling us about. He made us laugh and taught us a lot about the folklore of Iceland. He also sang us some local folklore songs during the tales which was enjoyable to hear. There was a little rain, wind and even some hail but it was worth standing outside in all that for this tour!

The cemetery - Our guide was very witty and kept our attention. We went to see the home of the hidden folk. He told stories. We really enjoyed the cemetery. It was beautiful.

Could be better - Byrnie was at the meeting point to meet us and was very friendly and welcoming. He was knowledgeable about the city and shared lots of interesting facts and customs. He did read some of the ghost stories, legends and Christmas tradition facts from a sheet of paper. We feel it could be improved by reciting the stories without reading from a paper. The ghost story was read by the side of the busy main road (under a light so he could see the paper) the story would have been better if it was recited in a better location. Overall it was interesting and fun but not worth what we paid.
