Loved the food and the guide Robyn! - Great tour! Good food, loved the lamb/meat soup! The smoked lamb tartar and gravlax also very tasty, as was the lamb hot dog. The fermented shark was an interesting experience, probably a once in a lifetime thing to taste. Excellent guide!

Delicious food plus incredible storytelling. Absolute perfection :) - I was blown away by this tour! Whilst we stopped and enjoyed some truly scrumptious food the breadth of knowledge of our guide was incredible, and her storytelling skills unparalleled. We discussed the food of course, but food is part of a countries culture so it flowed easily into interesting conversations about all aspects of Icelandic life. Although I am a solo travel I found the group bonded fast and we became firm friends :) Big shout out to Ester E, our fantastic guide :)

great way to experience Reykjavik - Definitely a highlight of our trip. Food choices were really enjoyable: lamb soup, smoked salmon, cod and potato dish and Icelandic beer (Einstok). The walking tour was also very enjoyable getting a variety of historical and cultural insights from a Reykjavik long timer.

Good food and excellent guide. - Our guide Olì was excellent and had a great knowledge baggage. The food was good and the size of the group small enough to stay friendly.

Great way to explore the city through its food and culture - We really enjoyed this tour. The variety of food choices was good, giving us a taste of local flavors that we might not have discovered on our own. Our guide, Robyn, was fantastic. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and full of interesting stories about Reykjavik’s history that added to our overall experience. We used this tour as a guide for where to eat for the remainder of our visit in Reykjavik, and we went back to three of the places Robyn introduced us to. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Iceland through its food and culture!

More than just a food tour. - Much more than just a food tour. Magnus was a fantastic guide. Very entertaining and extremely knowledgeable about icelandic culture/history as well as the food. We enjoyed different foods at the 5 or so stops we made. Most things were very tasty and some (fermented shark) was an acquired taste but cool to try. Highly recommended.

Informative and Tasty - We loved our food tour with Robyn, she was an excellent guide and taught us much about the food and culture of Iceland. The places we stopped were all high quality and the food was excellent. The only reason I can’t give five stars is that the description states we end the tour with an Icelandic drink and there was none.
