Highlights
- Geirsgata 11 - Check in at the Special Tours Ticket Office (Geirsgata 11, 101 Reykjavík). After you receive your boarding pass you will be directed to your fishing boat.
Board the boat and meet your crew, who will guide you to the protective clothing, fishing rods and bait.
While we sail out to the fishing grounds you will listen to a safety speech from your guide and receive instructions. Then all that’s left is to start fishing and reel in your catch!
The crew will grill the catch on board as we head back to land.

Catching an already caught fish - I caught a dead fish and it was the funniest thing. My husband caught a cute fish and the food was great. Definitely didn’t catch much on the day but well worth the experience.

Unreal Deep Sea Fishing - Wow!!! Unreal experience!!! One of the best excursions I have done in Iceland! I caught 9 good size Cods and my fishing neighbor caught 12 Cods and a few monsters! Every single person caught at least one Cod! On the way back we had a buffet of potatoes and Cod! Everyone was full and there were still left overs!!
Captain Stefan could be one of the best captains in the city! Found the sweet spots! Vera was super nice, fun and knowledgeable!! Kiljan was a great teacher and deck hand!! They all help you bring in the fish and help us with crossed and tangled lines.

Fun!!!! - Had so much fun catching fish in Iceland. The scenery was beautiful. This is something I would love to do again.

A Don't Miss Tour While in Iceland - We caught fish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had a great time even on rough seas. The crew was very knowledgeable and excellent chefs!

Great Fishing Trip - Great trip out into the ocean. A few of the other folks who booked the trip got their lines caught on the bottom of the ocean. The crew works hard ensuring with whatever they had on board that folks could still fish. Lots was caught and the fish cooked on board was delicious. Great experience and something different! Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! - Such a fun experience! The guides are very friendly and thorough. The trip is long enough to catch plenty of fish, I caught two! The meal is prepared quickly and is very delicious! Highly reccomend!

Don’t forget your Dramamine! - The staff was amazing. Very helpful. The bus driver warned that it was rough at sea that day. We both took Dramamine and both got extremely sea sick. They also have Dramamine at the reception which I thought was very nice. It was our first time fishing and we were both able to catch something.
