Loved Sky Lagoon - The sky lagoon experience was wonderful. Definitely recommend....
Booking through Viator not so much. Costumer service with Viator is lacking.

AMAZING - Amazing! Best spa type experience I've ever had! The place is well organised and clean, and the 7 step ritual was amazing. I'ts also nice that you can spend however long you'd like there - no set leaving time. The pick up and drop of process via viator was brilliant too. Highly, highly recommend!

Amazing view right by the sea - It’s only 10 minutes by bus from the Reykjavik bus terminal. The atmosphere is very calm, with an amazing view right by the sea. I loved the five rituals, which included the sauna, cold mist, body scrub, steam sauna, and cloveberry shot. I spent nearly three hours there and felt absolutely relaxed. Highly recommended

Fantastic way to spend a few hours - Transfer from the cruise terminal to the lagoon was easy to find and simple to organise. When you enter sky lagoon the team explain how it all works and give you the relevant bracelets. The lagoon itself is beautiful, not overcrowded and feels very authentic . The 7 step ritual was awesome - my skin felt amazing for a few days after. I would definately advise to come here over blue lagoon - great experience

Relax for body and soul - It's was amazing. Very good relax and nice views . We had very good time

Pleasant - It seemed to be a necessary Iceland experience! I am glad I did it . It was well run. My husband could not have done it because he must wear shoes to walk and shoes are removed at entry. Perhaps that should be displayed on advertising. Transportation was great!

Sky Lagoon and Viator Reservation Issue - When we arrived at Sky Lagoon, they could not find our booking. I received numerous confirmations from Viator that we were booked, including our tickets. I showed the tickets and emails to Sky management. After waiting an hour, the manager finally allowed us in and said they have issues with reservations made through Viator.
We did two other adventures in Iceland through Viator and had no issues, therefore I feel the problem is with Sky Lagoon's reservation system.
After the one hour delay, we did enjoy Sky Lagoon very much, but felt we should have received more than a private changing room and beverage for our inconvenience and time lost waiting for Sky management to sort out the issue.
