Great trip - This trip was the only 2-day tour of Snaefellsnes I could find that actually spent the night on the peninsula. The van had a maximum capacity of 18, but our tour had only seven people. The tour was well-paced, periods of driving interspersed with lots of stops, with a good mix of active (30-45 minute hikes) and less active things, stops where we were taken around as a group and others where we were left to set out on our own and be back at a given time. Nothing was too strenuous for this 79-year-old with some lung problems. Hjalti (spelling?) was a great guide, filled with interesting information about Iceland. The hotel room was as good as in my 4-star place in Reykjavik, and the food at dinner was quite good.

Amazing two days in Iceland - The trip was well timed and our guide Vjorn was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour. We saw the south coast which included water falls, black beach, diamond beach, glacial cave, glacial lagoon… and Vjorn made couple of additional stops… one of them was the most beautiful canyon I ever saw.

Best Tour ever - THE BEST TOUR I’ve ever been on. Casper (Bob) our guide had such a friendly, sociable and passionate energy, making sure everyone had the smoothest and most enjoyable journey ever together. Although I was travelling solo, I really felt the family vibe and cannot recommend this tour more. Sights were incredible - I could stare out the window all day! Thankyou Casper 🙏

Amazing 2-Day Snaefellsnes Peninsula Trip - The country was beautiful! Vjeran, our guide, was amazing and had a great personality. My husband said they should have Vjeran train all the guides. He knew the history and customs of his country and shared all kinds of fascinating information with our tour and kept us entertained during the bus rides. He warned our tour if there was anything we should be careful about an all of our stops. He was very personable and I think he knew everyone's first name on the first day. When we arrived at a particular location, he knew all the great photo locations and pointed them out. He said he was our selfie-stick and took great photos of the people on our tour. The only disappointment was that we didn't see the Northern Lights, but that is to be expected sometimes. Just gives us another reason to visit again....and hope we get Vjeran for our guide again.

Highly recommended Iceland tour guide - We had the most awesome guide. Vjeran was fully engaged with our family; hiking with us, finding iconic photo opportunities, taking our pictures and providing lots of valuable Iceland background & information.

Good Tour - Overall, a good tour! We experienced snowfall during the trip, which transformed the landscape into a magical winter wonderland—a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel we stayed in for the night, located in a quaint fishing village, was cozy and comfortable, adding to the charm of the adventure. However, while the tour is named the 2-Day Northern Lights and Snaefellsnes Peninsula Adventure, no effort was made by the guide to attempt Northern Lights viewing. This might have been due to unfavorable weather conditions, but it was still a bit disappointing not to see any proactive attempt. The sightseeing itself was enjoyable, but the guide could have been more engaging and shared additional facts about the places we visited to enrich the experience. All in all, the tour was good, with some room for improvement in guide engagement and Northern Lights planning.
