This adventure was one of... - This adventure was one of my favorite trips booked! Wear water proof clothes pleaseeee or you will be soaked for the rest of the trip if you decide to go behind the waterfalls. The beach was incredible, we climbed up a hill of sand to be able to look over the water. The waves will take you out so take precautions while there. We also stopped for lunch on this trip and the food was great! The stop also includes traditional Icelandic food here as well.

Loved this excursion - You will get wet and it's worth it. This was my favorite excursion. My family agrees. Our tour guide was the best one and nicest lady of our whole week in Iceland.

Definitely worth it! - The guide was awesome and with trips such as this, it really makes or breaks the experience. I enjoyed some great conversation with him and he was full of rich insight about the south of Iceland. A huge thank you to Gari/ Geri/ Gary(I know I've butchered the spelling- sorry mate!) Beyond the raw beauty and wonder of Iceland, I also found it to be a great socialising activity where I met 3x other solo travellers and have met some *hopefully* life-long friends from different pockets of the world. Big love from London! Dean

Experts - Drivers are very good in managing the extreme weather conditions. Tour guide Alexjandro was nice and very helpful with the directions. Though it was a big bus full of large group of people everyone adhered to the instructions and the 10 hr trip was run very smoothly.

Best day out. - Prepare to get wet !! The waterfalls and beach are wonderful. Ample time for stops for refreshments. When the guide says be careful at the black sand beach he says it for a very good reason !

So So tour - Tour guide was good. Aka Thor. Excursion itself not so great. The stop are so brief your rushed constantly. Typically 30 to 40 mins at each site. We were on back of bus so by the time people got off the bus we have maybe 25 mins. Tour needs to extend the day to allow longer at stops. Trying to get lunch at a place all the other tours stop in 30 mins is unrealistic.

Trendy vacation spot - I honestly think a lot of people go to Iceland to simply say "we made a holiday in Iceland." Food is generally not great. Best meal I had was a hotdog in a warmer at a gas station. People seem a bit distant and aloof. And I know I will take heat for this review. I am an outdoors person. Lived off grid in a yurt in interior Alaska.
