Amazing! - Siggi was such a fun and engaging guide. He kept us entertained the whole ride and was very knowledgeable about the history, terrain and fun facts about Iceland. Definitely a trip to remember and can’t wait to come back!

Fun interesting informative - Had a great day on this tour. Dave was a brilliant guide. Thor was an eggcellant driver. Jeff the seal was a great mascot. Had great fun on this very interesting and informative day tour. Certainly gets my seal of approval 😂😂. Noel 🇮🇪

Great tour - Waterfalls are so beautiful and Ana was a really great guide, she gave a detailed explanation about every spot we were in and even was always kind.

Terrific - The beach and waterfalls were absolutely perfect and gorgeous. However, what really made the trip was our guide and driver. Lucas our driver had to navigate some challenging curves for 10 hours. He was excellent. Our guide Beggie was phenomenal. The depth of his knowledge of geological information, folklore, viking history was almost breathtaking. He also sang a viking poem for us. I have never experienced a guide like that. My 12 year old daughter commented on how knowledge he was as well. When a teenager is impressed, you know it is great. Thank you for blessing us with Beggie as a guide.

Incredible day visiting the South Coast - This trip was incredible! We were lucky to have the most beautiful weather - perfect conditions for the trip. Vicky was out guide and Albert was our driver. All stops were beautiful. 2 waterfalls, glacier & black beach. You cannot put into words how incredible they are. Vicky gave us so much information, history and geology facts about each stop. She also made sure we knew the safety rules for each stop- esp important at the black beach were we saw several people from other trips absolutely soaked by the sneaker waves. Vickys guiding didn’t stop with the trips. As we were travelling along so told us about the history of the country, info about industry and so much about the geology of the country. She also taught us about the language and a little about mythology (trolls, elves and fairies too) all done with humour. Super interesting. On the way back she played lots of Icelandic music- giving us info about each band. She also sang us a children’s song which was beautiful. I honestly can’t speak highly enough about this trip and would recommend it to everyone. Our only negative was people on the trip being constantly late back. But this is nothing Vicky or Albert could have done. It’s exceptionally rude of guests to keep a whole bus waiting at every stop. Little tip- when you stop for lunch in Vik don’t stay in the service station. Walk through the car park (left) until you get to a black building and try Black Crust Pizza. Wow wee wow it’s incredible! Thank you for the best day BusTravelIceland!

Black sand beach etc - Matt or M Dogg was an amazing guide. Thor or Kettlebell was the best driver he kept us safe when he could see a disaster unfolding in front of the bus (a tipper truck took out an overhead gantry because he was driving with his loader in the air as he had forgotten to lower it) also he took us safely through the snowy roads. Visiting both of the major waterfalls the black sand beach and the tongue of a glacier we saw all seasons in one day M Dogg was knowledgeable and pointed out all the dangers especially on the beach with the waves, we had the best day one that we will remember for a long time

Did not turn up, refused refund - We were not picked up from our hotel. We were told to be there at 8am and were there 15 mins early. We waited until 9am and I telephoned to find out what was happening to be told that the driver had supposedly been there at 8.15am,.waited exactly 2 minutes and left. I can assure you we asked every driver that pulled up to the hotel if they were fpr us and there was no driver. They also had my telephone number and did not call. To top off our holiday ruined ( we only had 2 days in Iceland and couldn't find another tour at short notice) we were refused a refund. My bank account had to claw it back when I claimed and showed evidence that we were there Awful cowboy company. The tour itself lied,.if the driver was there they did not pull up to the hotel itself or make any effort to let us know they were there - ( for a while 2 mins) you couldn't miss us! The hotel confirmed they have us on CCTV waiting. You Should be ashamed, a quick search on Google confirms this has happened to dozens of people Do not book
