Blue Lagoon worth the price! - Everything was on time and as advertised. The transportation company went above and beyond. We had a deadline back to the ship and we were returned to the port with plenty of time to spare!

Thumbs Up! - There was a hitch when the excursion bus didn’t stop at the Hotel Nordica which is what we paid for. I called the office, they checked and apologized profusely. They sent a private taxi immediately and paid for it to get us there. That’s quality service. They owned their mistake but more than made up for it.

Great experience, but need a taxi.. - Great experience, but know if you are on a cruise that you will have to take a taxi to their bus station! There are other excursions right at the cruise terminal, but this one is in town.

Super relaxing - Wonderful experience. It's so warm and relaxing in the water and has steam rooms too.
It is very, very expensive for food and drink though (£18 for a normal sandwich wrap).
You do get a drink and face mask included.
Was definitely one of my best things to do in Iceland.

Overall good. Just disappointed about no info about the lava fields and volancos - There was no narration by the tour guide on the bus. This was disappointing. The Blue Lagoon was wonderful

Lagoon was awesome the transportation sucked - I loved the blue lagoon but no transportation. We were stranded. I had to pay an additional $150 to get transportation. The lagoon was totally worth it. But I would not get this package. It was expensive.

It"s ok. - The company we booked, did not pick us up and claimed they did not receive the booking. Then the transfer later was quick and they just dumped us at the bus station to look on our own. The spa is very good, but also very buy with people.

Miscommunication between Viator and tour company? - The shuttle that was supposed to pick us up at our bus stop didn’t have our names. If it hadn’t been for another couple going on a Reykjavík Excursions tour, we wouldn’t have made it to catch our bus

Flight delay, Messed trip 😥 - Couldn’t make the trip due to technical difficulties with connecting plane. The airline brought in a new plane and resumed the flight, but three hours later.
