Blown away (no pun intended) - Descending into a dormant volcano is definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience! We were blown away by its unique beauty, complex history, and expert guidance. And the soup And hot chocolate that followed were also excellent. :) Thank you!

Life time experience - The weather was extreme, High winds heavy rain. The adventure was amazing, would absolutely 💯 do it again. The extreme colors inside the VOLCANO were mind blowing. The team they have working there were great very knowledgeable. The lamb soup 🍲 afterwards was perfect.

Kind of a whirlwind experience - The original day we booked was cancelled and rescheduled due to bad weather. On the rescheduled day, the hike to the mountain was awful. The winds and snow made the 50 min hike take an hour and a half. The volcano itself is incredible, it made the trip worth it. The snow had died down by the time we hiked back, which ended up being a very pleasant walk back.

Superb tour - Fabulous tour, would most definitely recommend. Our guide Jonas was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very lucky with the weather so the walk was very enjoyable. The volcano experience was unbelievable, beautiful, difficult to put into words how amazing it was. Soup and drinks were available afterwards at base camp. Highly recommend this tour.

Great experience, but not necessarily among my top experiences in Iceland. - I was really looking forward to this experience, so perhaps my expectations were high. It was really enjoyable, and would say it's worthwhile experiencing overall. The hot soup and hot chocolate/tea inclusion is nice, in addition to the domesticated fox that was hanging around. [although don't expect to see the fox. We were among the first visitors that day, and I think it retreats as more people arrive].

No pick up - I wasn’t picked up so I saw nothing I expect it might well be a good experience if you get picked up.
