excellent - fantastic service to airport. Comfortable van. Delightful driver. picked up at the hotel exactly on time, would use again.

Great service - Great service met at the airport by staff taken to minibus which we had reserved, they had already informed jet2 staff that we would not need the transfer to our hotel. Driver was very friendly and polite think his name was Nickos the minibus was modern clean with plenty of room for 4 of us with plenty of room for the luggage on route to our hotel the driver was pointing out points of interest. Great service will definitely use them again when we return to Rhodes.

Incredible service - Incredible service for transfer from hotel to airport. Driver was very friendly, even providing us with a car seat for our 5 month old and playing nursery rhymes. Would recommend to anyone.

Smooth and easy experience - Pros: -Excellent service -Great price compared to others -Super friendly Cons: -Would've liked better communication of the booking confirmation as I asked for 4 child/baby seats but you can only book for adults, so that required additional emails. -Even after the emails, the baby seats were wrong, but there was a backup which sufficed.

Mixed bag.. - Our pick up from airport was fantastic, flight delayed but wonderful driver was waiting, fantastic safe and comfortable car, mercedes, spacious and great a/c. Drove safely. Unfortunately return journey was terrible. An old, felt like unsafe Renault clio, very crampt, grab handles broken, gear level held on with gaffer tape, very hot, could not feel a/c. Driver was very erratic and did dangerous overtaking manoeuvres, did not feel safe. Would not recommend.

No transfer to recommend. - When we got out of bag drop, there was no driver with my name. I had to go around asking. Finally I saw my name on a piece of paper. I got it into my head that we should still be standing. The driver would be right there. After 20 minutes I had to check again. Got a sour comment that we should wait. After another 30 minutes I demanded that the bus come and that I wanted my money back. The girl clearly showed her displeasure and picked up her phone and called. After a total of 50 minutes there came a bus and then not with car cushion as I ordered.
