Fantastic trip to Filerumos & Butterfly Valley - Prompt pickup, departure and arrival times. Just enough time at each site for sightseeing, 30 minutes longer at Butterfly Valley would have been useful as we went to the monastery at the very top but did not have time for a drink or to look at the lower valley. There were more colonies of butterflies nearer the top and we enjoyed spotting the crabs along the way too. The minibus was very comfortable and air conditioned. Our driver was well spoken and gave us helpful information on arrival at each site plus an informational leaflet. We were picked up at 10am & returned to our hotel at 2:30 which meant we could still enjoy some sunbathing & relaxation time by the pool. Thank you.

A pleasant day trip. - A very simple and cost effective way to get to both Filerimos Monastery and the Valley of the Butterflies. The cost includes pick up and drop off in an air-conditioned vehicle. It's a nice small group, so there's no pushing or shoving or an overcrowded bus. It's pleasant. It is a pick up and drop off, nothing more. On the plus side, you get to see a little bit of the countryside as you drive through the various little villages etc. We came from Faliraki so it was nice a few familiar areas from a different perspective. Your tickets for both Filerimos Monastery and the Valley of the Butterflies are NOT included. That's OK, it is what it is. You pay very little at both (approx €6 p.p.) so don't very put off booking this. Our driver was very nice and polite, and very welcoming. As a side note, there was NO guided tour, which might have been nice (operator please take note). You do see quite a lot, such as the old Town of Rhodes, a view of the Turkey coastline, and more. It would be nice to have a little running commentary, it would certainly make the bus trip a little less like a bus trip. The communication from the operator was very good. A query about time and pickup was answered quickly, even followed by a phone call to confirm. Very helpful, thank you. All in all, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this little adventure.

Beautiful Filerimos!! - The trip to Filerimos was absolutely fantastic. The church and old fortress are an absolute must visit. The views from the whole area are stunning and the beautiful walkways adorning the area are fantastic. Its wonderful to view the many peacocks roaming the ares freely. The valley of the butterflies whilst very picturesque is a little bit of a let down. The many paths & walkways are very crowded even in late September and its difficult to appreciate the wonderful nature because of this.
