Symi - Lovely smooth ride, staff great. Be advised that the plastic seats get extremely hot!. Symi os absolutely stunning and not to busy for August, We went on the train and were a bit disappointed it didn't go around the houses or up to the fort, just around the right hand side of the island, but crystal clear water, beautiful village, good experience.

Great day out - Great trip highly recommend for an experience of a beautiful fishing town on Symi island for a spot of lunch and a walk around with a swim if you want at the end of the wharf. Lots of restaurants to choose from and ice shops or cafes to have a drink.
The stop at St George’s Bay on the way home is beautiful for another swim. You can jump off the front of the boat or step in off the back. They provide noodles for the less competent swimmers.
Staff a friendly and it’s very well organised. Certainly worth the €

Best boat ride to Symi - I visited Symi twice within 1 week and the journey was really pleasant both times. We arrived right on time and also departed from Symi as per the schedule. The captain and staff were really friendly and we also got to watch the most beautiful sunset! Would definitely recommend!

Best ride ever. - I enjoyed the trip. On the way to Sisi Island (we took the evening train without swimming, and with a call to the bay, see the beach), the sea was worried. We sat on the second tier, and as we went to the island because of the excitement, the water flew into the second tier. You should bear this in mind and you can bring towels and even a change of clothes. There was no spray on the way back.

Speedy boat trip with a great swim - Enjoyable boat trip. Went with my wife and two young boys, everyone had a good experience. Boat was fast and a bit bumpy in the open waters which my kids enjoyed. The Island itself is nice and would recommend it although very hot when we went and not much air-conditioning so bring plenty of water and dress light. The swim in St George's bay was really the highlight for us the water is crystal clear. All in all I would recommend this trip.

Great way to experience Symi island - Great way to see 2 great locations. Symi Island and St George’s bay. Boat was fast and comfortable. Symi is a must see and St George’s is one of the most beautiful swimming spots imaginable.

Highly recommend! - We booked through tripadvisor on the 16th Aug for the 20th. We were slightly concerned with some of the more recent bad reviews especially around rudeness/not being let on but the booking, and check in were very smooth and efficient. You can just use the online ticket with the barcode so no faffing with paper. We were there around 1015 to check in and although it is a long wait as long as you get your boarding pass before 1030 (which is stated on your ticket) you can join the queue whenever to board; boarding happens at around 1045. Our boat was slightly late, but we were still on our way by 1105 so nothing to complain about!
This was my first boat trip and in so, I was not prepared for how much you would feel the waves at the front bottom deck. It was not enjoyable for me as my stomach is pretty weak, but on the way back we sat at the back on the top and it was significantly better and a comfortable ride back in the sun.
We got to Symi around 12, and were asked to be back by 1500 & board by 1510. Do not lose your boarding pass! You need this to get back on.
Symi is gorgeous but in the heat it can be quite unbearable! So definitely be prepared for that.
Boarding on the way back was quicker, and we departed around 1510, got to the bay very quickly and were allowed to get off for 30 minutes. They do have pool noodles but a lot of people were taking more than one which meant there weren't any left when we got off. Made me slightly uncomfortable as I am not the strongest swimmer, but honestly you can float pretty easily and the only time I felt a bit panicky was trying to get back on to the boat as people (even those with floaties) were pushing in front whilst I was just trying to stay afloat!
The bay is gorgeous and I'd definitely recommend either getting photos before going in after everyone has gotten off the boat or coming back on a bit earlier so you don't have everyone on the boat whilst trying to take photos.
Overall a very good experience and I'd definitely go with Rhodes Sea Lines again, all the staff we exchanged with were friendly, and everything was as expected. Very good value as well in my eyes!

They're scammers. - I saw how many people who had made the Reservation in advance left them without boarding the boat.. do not explain anything and despite having paid they prioritize those who buy last minute.. I have never felt so bad

Lousy. - I give you just one point because in the end, after booking online two days in advance, we were made to wait at the end to see if there was room for us, when I perfectly saw them selling tickets last minute and even at a much cheaper price. At the end of overbooking which meant that more than four people who had already booked almost a week in advance were left out. My luck is that I understand your language Greek so I understood the whole shady business. And by standing up to them they let me up as a favor.
